  3. Hey Guys....i'm parting out the bike in the pics below. Let me know what you might need. I am open to any and all offers. The seat is already spoken for, but everything else is up for grabs. I will add some better pics. The bike is already disassembled, so I can ship quickly. The bike fired right up and ran great. Has Chrome/polished T-5 pipes, stock carbs with tors elim. Also has a nice set of barely used Sand Skate paddles and dune runner fronts. I prefer paypal, but will take money orders and cashiers checks. Thanks.
  4. Its nice to see the effort put forth by our TRUE members!!! Great job guys....someone is going to love this bike
  5. DAMNIT......I just ordered a new one from the factory!!!!! What a waste....oh well
  6. We will be there, but am not sure if it will be the weekend before or after.
  7. Guys....I have to say that this is by far the biggest concern I have with doing custom fab work. I completely see and understand both of your points. I have been doing custom work, from car audio to home theater to all the metal work I do, and have had customers that you cannot please. Greg....that is not a jab in the gut to you. And I want to make it very clear that I am not taking any sides in this situation. I understand where Greg is coming from....looking at it from a consumers point of view. But at the same time, Dave had a very valid point that in a offroad performance industry, a refund just would not happen. Its a catch 22 no matter how you look at it. I have my concerns of who I should or should not build frames for due to a tab or something minor not lining up exactly how they would like. I am not a big time shop like LSR or HSCustoms. I cannot afford to give refunds because something isnt exactly what they expected. Now if there was a problem with a design or structural integrity....that would be completely different. I would do my best to resolve the problem and if I could not, a refund would take place. Shipping is never refunded. In fact the consumer usually eats the return shipping. I have been in that boat too many times. Thats life. I hate to see guys who are both big time users of the site argue over a business deal gone sour. Let it go!!! On another note.....I have no idea who gregbob is or where he is from. But keep in mind, when I am typing something over here on the west coast at 10:30 at night....its gonna look like 1:30 for you east coast boys. Just something to think about with the difference in time zones. NOW....CANT WE ALL JUST GET ALONG!!!!!
  8. I am suck a sucker for black rims......get some rears to match and it will looks really tough!!! Other than that, I have always loved the look of a MX quad.
  9. That was a smokin deal....I almost hit him up this morning.....oh well!!!
  10. I have to agree with Kevin on this one. I have shipped many motors in rubber totes packed tight....but in the end the tote usually cracks or gives out due to the nature of our friendly ups/fedex/dhl shippers. I have been using Heavy Duty Cardboard boxes that we get from very expensive home theater subwoofers. The engine fits just right once lined with foam and extra thick cardboard. Just like Kevin says....you can roll the box around and that engine isnt moving. Its been the best way that I have found to ship one!!! I have not had one problem with shipping once I changed to this method. And on average I pay around 60-70 bucks to ship an engine from Tucson to MI, FL, KY, etc.....
  11. Im gonna make this kid go broke.....LOL
  12. LOL.....Some joker here is Tucson is trying to sell his banshee motor on Craigslist  J/K Eric, thats a damn good price!!!

  16. YEAH YEAH YEAH......Rub it in more you ASS!!!!
  17. Awe come on Dave.....leave the poor guy alone...lol. Who knows...it might work!!!!
  18. A busted piston skirt would not show up when you drain your oil.....if it did you would have much bigger problems. The metal shavings could be from your clutch plates wearing....tranmission wearing....etc.
  19. Thank you Dave for working with me and being so patient while I delt with DHL. I try to never let anyone down. I hope to do more business with you in the future. Tim Wible Stellar Machine & Performance
