  1. Hey guys....I had a request to post some frame pics up....so here they are. I am in the middle of a stock frame mod right now, so I will keep the pics coming. You will notice that I got tired of looking at the ugly upper a arm mount on the stock frame, so I am fabbing up a new setup. Same geometry, but a whole lot cleaner. A stock a arm frame weighs in at 46 pounds, this frame when complete should be under 30.....so its a nice drop. Also that includes the engine mounts and grab bar which the 46 pound stock weight does not. So it is a pretty noticeable difference. Let me know what you guys think!
  2. And even he gets beat by a 16mil banshee.....non turboed/no nos http://store.podosracing.com/367211-Busa2.wmv
  3. I hear those are pretty darn sweet too!!!! LOL!!!!
  4. RIght on.....GOOD FOR YOU BUD!
  5. I tried.....it just wasn't enough
  6. I sent ya a PM.....let me know if you didn't get it.
  7. Why have you been using Greyhound. I have been shipping frames Via DHL Ground, simply wrapped with shipping wrap....no box, and I have shipped to Michigan, Florida, Kentucky, etc from here in AZ and on average it costs me between $65.00 to $80.00. Plus it takes at most 5 business days. I'm no trying to pick any fights here....but have you checked other shipping posibilities? I personally am done using UPS. They have screwed up way to many shipments of mine.....but thats just me.
  8. What kind of port job are you looking for? What type of riding do you do? Sorry if I missed it in a prior reply. Let me know, I can set you up with a nice set of stock cylinders....ported....with weisco pistons for a good deal. PM me if interested.
  9. I always love the look of a nice freshly built bike. Looks like an out of the box race machine......GOOD JOB!!!!
  10. Everytime I talk suspension with Jon Safarian over at Sandtoys Unlimited.....he always tells me to run the shaws on big weekends when the track/hill is nice and groomed for the drags. They weigh quite a bit less than stock, which when hillshooting.....weigh matters alot. But If you are a weekend dragger, he always runs a Works...reworked rear shock and a set of steeler fronts without reservoirs. No reservoirs will help keep the weight down, plus you are not working the suspension enough to need the extra oil cooling. So you need to decide what is best for your conditions. I ride my bike from camp to the hill......and hope that the hill isn't too rough. I am building another bike and will probably go the works/stock way to see how much of a difference there really is. The main reason I stuck with the marvins on my black and green bike is for the looks. It helps to complete the appearance.
  11. If the track is pretty rough.....sned your rear shock to works and let them set it up, and get a pair of works steelers for the front set up for you. Do not bother buying used, mostlikely the setup won;t work right and you'll end up spending more money by the time you pay to have them properly setup. I have marvin shaw competition's on my drag bike,, and they still work pretty good for me even when the hill is pretty whooped up. But there have been guys with less motor and better suspension that have beaten me due to shaws not being able to take the whoops as well. http://s232.photobucket.com/albums/ee35/td...10142007011.flv http://s232.photobucket.com/albums/ee35/td...10142007097.flv
  12. Wow that's cheap......What a guy!
  13. Hey Cam.....is this one titled...and what pipes will it come with?
  14. Hey Cam.....let me know what you want for the frame, pipes, and some of the chromed parts. I can't believe no one wants that beauty!
  15. Hey Shawn.....you get any pics of these parts yet or what....LOL
  16. Bump for a friend!
  17. should be there.....near vender's though.
  18. Will be heading up for New Years if anyone wants to hook up. Just getting my rides prepped.....but it should be on!
  19. I pretty much only hillrace. Glamis of course. You need to look at a couple of factors, roll out for rear tires, and rider weight. My bike has been extremely lightened, run a 7mil cub on meth, 38mikuni's, I weight 165, tires are 22x11x8 12pdl sls with a 10 over swingarm. My gearing is 15/44 and runs really really hard. NO DISSAPOINTMENTS! Now that being said, if you are still dialing in your bike, not much weight reduction, rider weight is 220-250, and same size tires, then 15/46 might be better for you! Nothing works better than trying it out, but make sure you have the engine dialed in before you go spend money on sprockets.
  20. If he is ready to go....then defininetly sell it to him. These parts are going to be used for another drag bike I am wanting to build, but do not need them in a hurry. I appreciate looking out for me though. Thanks for the compliments on my bike, I have a lot of blood, sweat and tears into her.
  21. Where are you located?
  22. Man thats gotta suck. I have seen your bike posted so many times.....looks nice. I can't believe it hasn't sold complete.
  23. Could you send me some pics of everything....maybe we can work out a package deal
