  1. Looks to be in an LT-r450 frame!!!
  2. Where are you located and what are you looking for in a motor?
  3. What you need to be more concerned about is for what kind of riding. I assume that if you are running buffed tires...its for drag. There is no real set answer to what psi you should run them at. The great thing about buffed haulers is that you can change your gearing by adding or subtracting air. The higher the pressure...the more the tire balloons...the taller the gearing.....less air....smaller tire....lower gearing. Every time I have talked to Jon over at sandtoyz, they start everyone of there new bikes with about 7 psi and work down from there. It is simply a starting point and thats it. The lower the psi....the better the traction, but depending on your setup and abililty to ride....traction is not always a good thing.
  4. I have spent some time talking with Tony on the phone on a couple of occasions. Hes a great guy to deal with but like most builders...hes busy all of the time. Keep in mind....A builder can do some killer portwork and set you up with all the right parts....but if its not dialed in and tuned correctly....its not going to perform like it could/should!!!
  5. A stock a-arm frame weighs in right at 46-47 pounds.....a j-arm frame comes in at 42-43!!!!
  6. Acutally.....This is a killer deal. These are very nice and VERY expensive arms. I have one on mine and I "love it long time" If I had another bike for myself that I was building.....this thread would never had of been posted.....Someone better pick this up quickly!!!
  7. Now why would you go and do that.....it would look like crap on my frame.....LOL......J/K Austin
  8. LMAO.....yeah....that outta do it. Get a strong pipe or something firm and use the cross bar below the tank as a location to pry the hoop forward. It shouldn't take a whole lot of pressure.
  9. I use AZKILLER on the PC versions of COD4 and Counter Strike Source.....PS3 too!
  10. LMAO.....Thats Awesome!!!
  11. Well let us know bud.....we want to help you get this figured out!
  12. That makes 2 of us....lol. WHAT A SLACKER.....LOL
  13. Back at ya
  14. Just so you know....I have a very dificult time visually seeing actual spark from my setup. Not sure if it was due to a bad ground or not.....but when I put the spark plugs back in and kicker her over....she fired right up. Definitely make sure that the 2 kill wire are not connected together in any way.
  15. Its jsut a breather tube for the crankcase. One is open so pressure does not build up in your cases....thats all.
  16. That would work just fine. Really, the rear section of the subframe is by far the ugliest. Once the stock uprights are shaved clean, modding the grab bar area would give you the custom look you are going for. Let me know if you need some pieces made that someone can weld for you....I can hook you up
  17. Well.....always keep in mind that you can hit me up with any questions you may have. If you are going to tear the bike completely down and do it up, send me a PM and we can probably work something out......
  18. Hey JB....where is Soboba?
  19. I must say that this was a needed thread. This site is an absolute savior for people looking to get any info they could ever need on a Banshee. Although I have never had the pleasure of speaking with Lee....I am sure he is a true friend to anyone that gives him the deserved respect. I am very excited to be a part of this site and also been given the chance to help with the HQ Raffle bike. I cannot wait to see the expression on someones face....if they are there...whomever wins this bike. I would like to thank everyone who was either left comments on my threads or just had the time to send me a PM explaining how much they enjoy my work. KEEP IT UP GENTLEMEN!!!
  20. Here it is......The HQ build frame. Doesnt look like much now.....but lets see her after the transformation. I do want some input on this.....especially from the ones who may win this bike. I can tell you she will get an A-arm conversion, a custom subframe, and a major cleanup. Now keep in mind I do have some time restraints, but lets make this a sweet build. After talking with James aka Lowbuckracing.....we have decided to make this a duner. So with that in mind, is there anything specific people would want. The stock weigh in of this frame as it sits is at 42 pounds....not too bad....but far from great. I want to keep her nice and light, but of course safe for duning. LETS GET SOME INPUT
  21. I had a problem at first with my kill switch. I ended up unplugging it and it fired right up. I would give that a try!
