Thanks man....I have alot of time into building it!!! LOL....I feel I am going to have to see if there is some truth behind that statement. As far as the statement of he shouldnt use my bike....the idea behind this advertising is more to emphasize that Kevin specializes in Banshee's. No one can tell who built my motor. And the pic does not emphasize my engine. If Kevin specialized in building complete bikes than it would be wrong to use. But he does specialize in making them fast....and that is one thing my bike does represent!!!! :biggrin: I do thank everyone who has stressed how much they enjoy my seeing my bike. I was contemplating breaking it down and selling her off to build new, but I do not think I can come to doing so.

well you cant go wrong with a straight trade. As far as I have heard, Tyson has always made nice stuff. Never seen or heard of any complaints from any of their products. If something falls through....hit me up, I can make a single arm chassis as well!!! :biggrin:

I have been thinking about selling the green frame from my sig! It has a chrome chromoly bolt on subframe, custom engine mounts, and has been completely lightened. Depending on what you are looking to spend, I would consider selling my light weight drag arms too. PM me if you are interested. Thanks......Tim

Looks good JD. I wish I had some members in my neck of the woods (desert) that did powdercoating. I would have quite a bit of work for you. Its just too bad that shipping would kill me back and forth to MI. Keep up the good work. I have been working on my logo and once I get it finalized i'll be getting with you for a custom grille. I cant wait :biggrin:

When you inspect the reeds....check to see if they are warped or if there is an excessive gap between them and the reed cage. As far as the coolant overflow, the only time the overflow tank really comes into play is from excessive heat. The Radiator cap will open and coolant will flow. Next time you take it for a ride, empty the overflow but make sure the radiator is topped off. When the ride is over, let the bike cool and recheck the radiator level. If it is low, then either you are overheating or you have an internal leak. If coolant is getting into the cylinders via the head, it would make it VERY difficult to start. Your problems could be related. But if it runs like a champ once its started....thats not likely the problem.

If the pilots and airscrew are not affecting how difficult it is to start...you need to inspect your reeds. If the reeds are worn, it will still run but be VERY difficult to start. Even worn reeds will close once running due to the amount of back pressure applied when running, but they may not be closing enough when kicking it over. I would check them next.

The funny part is that Austin photoshopped my ass right outta that picture...lol. You can still tell by the wierd shadow below the bike. I must admit....he did a pretty damn good job!

What I cannot believe is how you keep stressing two things. That it NEEDS to be plated which adds to the total. If it truely has only 5 hours on it, most likely it does not need plating. And second, the "very very good deal". No where in this thread or title has he said that. Very cheap, very good deal....yes. But you keep mixing the words up to make it sound worse. Leave the poor guys thread alone. I am glad he has sold them. Most likely someone got a killer deal. Dajogejr nailed it about the savings of 400-500 bucks as long as no plating is needed. I really dont care if he signed up to advertise his parts for sale. If he is gonna offer deals like this...then WELCOME TO BANSHEE HQ!!!! Find something else to bicker about!!!
