  1. So what if he makes a claim and his insurance rate goes up. I know damn well mine would. Pay for the damages out of YOUR pocket.
  2. Too bad you werent closer.... IMO you can get more than 4k man. free bump.
  3. Pics please. and is it possible to order more if needed depending on how the clan members like it?
  4. this is NOT a dual din deck correct?
  5. Five 4r100 transmissions in a bone stock f250. That's impressive. Mine ate 1 so far.
  6. You dont bore out a 2 stroke to make it faster. You only bore out usually to repair a harmed cylinder. I hear that all the time from ignorant 4 stroke people. CPI's are good pipes. Very high in demand and can offer some good money if you chose to get rid of them. They arent really best for non ported engines. However, they will work fine. And if you never had much time on a bike with anything else, you probably wont notice the difference. The pipes(along with other factors but pipes are very important) determine how the powerband acts. CPI's are more of an inframe drag pipe. They will rev higher than toomey's but come on(by come on i mean when the powerband hits) a little later in the rpm range. Before you start ordering all sorts of goodies, just take time to get acquired with your new machine. Enjoy it, make sure all your fluids are ok. Check for loose screws etc. You can learn a lot from these forums but anything you have questions about feel free to ask. Sometimes, people might unwillingly give you false info. But that's on any forum. Luckly, one of us will steer you right. Now on to porting. It's one of the best mods for your money you can do. There's many companies who do it. Some people including myself chose to swing from a builders nuts due to satisfaction of their work etc. Research and go from there. Again, enjoy the bike as is before tearing it down to get the cylinders ported. Welcome to HQ and thank you VERY much for serving our country!
  7. Are you on performance trucks forums OP? I looked at the AWD SS trucks a few years ago when i was shopping for a modern sport truck. But due to the weight, decided against that. Very nice trucks though. Solid platform for modding just like most chevy trucks. That's the LQ9 i think?
  8. No need to defend fords. His comment toward my truck was pointless. And i miss my ranger
  9. that has nothing to do with this thread. but im all ears if it will help the person who started this topic..
  10. I think if someone....or people figure out turboing 4 strokes. They will start dominating most banshees. I love me some forced induction.
  11. Very good point. I didn't think of that.
  12. Any chance on a power valve set up?
  13. Got one. Thanks for looking.
  14. Just because t6's are for unported jugs, doesn't mean they won't work well with porting. My bike was ported for t5's and I went to CPI's. It was a nice and noticable difference. If you buy some CPIs and don't like them, you can sell them and get your money back. They are very popular pipes.
  15. To the repost police: If people wouldn't make topics already discussed, this place would be dead except for the for sale sections. Lighten up guys.
  16. ive never heard that before
  17. I had the same problem and it was my tester. Sealed it up and it held it for over 20min. I'd fine the leak but what do I know.
  18. Need a rear banshee brake caliper that with fit a 2001 banshee. I don't need the pads. I also am not interested in the parking brake block off plate. I have one already. Lemme know what you have.
  19. I'm sure we can find a 01 chevy with rust. And a ford with good paint the same year as your chevy. See where I'm going....
  20. and i disagree with that entire statement. It's all about preference. You buy what you can afford and what you like. If you gotta haul something, then make sure it can tow/haul it first. It's so lame to hear from the chevy nut swingers i drive a ford. But at the same time it feels so good to spank corvettes on the highway.
  21. Id not listen to anything this guy says. But that's just me.
  22. Sounds like you dont want to learn. You look up a wiring diagram and you read the instructions that come with the kit. All the wires are color coated for the simple reason for ease of identification. If you can work scissors(like cutting paper) then you can crimp/splice wires. It's simple. I deleted my key to both clean up my bars and because it's pointless. I stick my light switch behind my radiator to also clean it up. That's only why i can only kill my bike with the tether. While you are at it, u can delete your key. Ever go riding and take the bike off the truck and remember damn...i forgot my key. Wont happen again with no key switch http://s240.photobucket.com/albums/ff111/raguncajun/?action=view&current=banshee25-18-09.jpg&newest=1 Shee9010, you CAN do it!!!
  23. i lol'ed at stevie wonder racing
  24. buy built depending on mods and price. Seems nice 4 mil ported stock cylinder bikes go for around 4k. A hell of a deal. Then theres some who want a fortune for their bikes.
