  1. yeah take the axle rotate it 180* so the drive is at the back and then twist the axle so the drive is at the front again.

  4. so bigger carbs wont take away from my low end. i want to mx this bike in the summer just for fun.
  5. my cyilinders are getting ported my jeff at fast, agressive play/ dune port. i will probably be running either dmc 916's or t5's i have boyseen power reeds with ported cages. i will be running a noss head with 20cc or 21 cc domes whatever one i can get away with without running race fuel. i might still run a mix with the 20cc im not sure yet. now i have been think of just useing my stock carbs but my buddy is needing some 35's and is selling his almost new 28mm pwks. i really dont want to buy new carbs but if you guys think it will help my performce out then i probably will. i also want to have some low end so i dont really want to move up to a bigger carb. will a 28pwk still have me my low end im looking for.
  6. lol yeah i was to. i cant wait to bolt some new pipes on when i get my cyilenders back. shit you couldnt pay me enough to run the stockers for one more summer.
  7. there was a post on here awhile back about the bottle and some people said it sucks back into the rad and some people said it didnt did we ever come to a concluion about this. kinda off topiv a bit but i have been wondering for awhile now.
  8. wtf are tors screw. im guessing you mean the idle screws on the top of your carbs in the big ass tors unit. try a new set of plugs sometimes then foul out over time more so when you mix your gas with alittle extra oil. if new set of plugs dont work jetting could be the issue because of the cool weather. but ry some new plugs.
  9. iv heard most holshots wear fast because of the soft rubber compound. i have razors and cant really see much waer on them but i have only rode on them for about 2 months. but think they make a good tire and find they hook up well

  11. take your cyilender to someone how knows. and yes get a timeing plate. i dont think i would be a good idea to go any lower until you have your stock crank welded. i would just stick with 20's if you go lower there is a higher chance your crank will come apart and i dont think it will be much of a gain in hp. it may give you abit more low end but probably not noticable.

  14. oh yeah another thing i was thinking about when laying in bed last night was if you turn the motor 180* and mount it on the opiste side of the frame you where going to it would turn the way you need it to. this will only work if you have enough room to mount it differently
  15. im going to say no aswell because when yamaha build the yfz they went with a whole new swinger and bearing carrier. not like the blaster and banshee's but the rappys have a different carrier to but they still work. also when you look in rmatv cataloge just like bansh eman said when looking for a gforce banshee axle they have raptor, banshee, blaster all with the same # so again i wouldnt chance it.
  16. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ listen to this guy he knows what hes talking about. definatly dont go any lower then 20cc domes if you dont want to run race fuel. 20 is right on the edge of 50/50 mix race/pump fuel depending on compression of course. and yes if you really f$#@ed a cyilender it may take acouple bores to get it round and true again so you very well could be on your last bore. but i find it hard to beleive you could mess one up that bad. i would take it to another shop just to see what they say. maybe even the dealer since they would know the piston sizes and how big you can go off hand. lol dont quote me on that sometimes the dealer dont know shit lol. oh yeah and also my buddy took his cyilender to get them bored on time and this builder he took it to send them out and they went from stock to max bore. so definatly take it to somewhere who knows the sizes.
  17. you could rig up a gear on the output of the motor that meshes with a gear on another shaft then run the belt off the other shaft. that will switch the fwd power into reverse
  18. lol i was talking about bansheeboy02. he said he ran 20 cc domes and 93 octane. im accualy going to try and run this setup once i get my cyilinders back so i was just asking him if it was a freash topend and what elevation he was at. also what kinda compression is he running?

  22. lol here let me give it a shot. i just had my cylnders bord and a wiseco piston kit from them it wos vearey good searves i just had my cylinders bored and a wiseco piston kit from them. they have very good service
