Major power gain over stock all the pipes out there have great gain over stock if youlike the look of the nickle plateing get some procircuts but most pople ussualy got for the toomeys, CPI, Sheare they have very nice chrome. and all probably make alittle more power then the procircuts. also i think the procircuts rust farily easy because of the nickle plating they have on them. do some searching you will come up with more info then you can read in a year.

engine ice is wicked i run that aswell. i would recomend it but will not fix a blockage or a bad impeller

the rezzy should have like next to nothing in it just fill the rad itself if you have to much coolent it cant move around and will boil then blow a rad hose off. drain the coolant check your impeller to see that its still there and npt cracked or melted then pure new coolant in just the rad fire it up leave the cap off so you dont get and air lock and make sure all the bubbles come out then top itout and put the cap on and go rideing. oh yeah byt the way one time i hade a brain for and filled the rez up and i didnt get 5 mins from home and it started to overheat then blew the rad hose off the top of the rad on the right hand saide splashing extremaly hot coolant all over my leg lol

well i hope its not the crank you true and welded it and told me the bearing where good. im kinda stumped the builder said it was piston slap but it wasnt bad enough to tear it down he said ride it but it will get worse and it did so i tore it down to find the piston looking perfect and you could still see hone marks in the cylinders. can anyone give me there advice on what it could be? im getting it bored again already so thats not needed. thanks anyway

100% stock motor this was last year right before i went to the dunes just got all my parts back after him haveing them for 6 months so at 5 months i asked him to forget about the porting and just bore them and send me my shit back because it was getting down to crack time and i needed my motor for this trip so i got it back put it together and did acouple heat cycles ran it rich and took it to the dunes. 3 hours in i hear some piston slap so i called him for the dunes he said it was probably my flywheel not being tight enough and slaping back and forth on the crank so i checked it. it was tight my key was perfect. so i tore the head off and i see that i can move my piston back and forth in the bore enough the make a nasty sound called him again he said the piston is supose to move in the bore and not be really tight so whatever i put it back together took it to a builder in silver lake he said it was piston slap and it wasnt bad enough yet to tear it down but it would get worse. so i ride it for acouple months and tear it down to find my cylinders still have the hone marks in them and my pistons look mint so my guess is the bore was to big. by the way i know alot of people like jeff and all im not trying to bash just trying to get some anwers

i was kicking 145 psi on a fresh tight motor with 21cc domes so F.A.S.T racing bored my cyilender to big witch would explain the piston slap after 3 hours on the motor.

what was it when you put it together? you must be way abve sea level to have that low of compression on 19cc

i kick over 145psi in both cyilenders wiht 21cc domes. i run pump gas 93. if i switch to 20cc what kinda power should i be looking forward to. by the way i already have to domes it just amatter of spending the money on the race fuel. as said in another post in canada we pay around 110$ to 120 a liter for 93 pump thats like 4.50$ a gallon. is there going to be that big of a defference in power that im going to want to keep them in? is it worth the money in fuel? my mods are T5'S, coolhead, ported reed cages with boyseen power reeds, adjustibale timeing plate +4, pro flow kit with good foam filter.

hey grinch gotta love the oil companys canada has plently of oil for itself but we sell it to the U.S. then buy it back for more and charge 1.20$ a liter i think thats the highest iv seen. no offece to the U.S. ( stupid politics) -
yeah you defiantly dont mix water and engine ice its ment to be used by itself 100% engine ice. but if you keep overheating there is something worng?

how long have you boys been runing the stock clutch? i have a stock clutch with HD springs been rideing on it for 3 seasons now still works good no slipping. i have basic mods T5's, reeds, cool head,timeing plate, im curently doing a topend but am considering getting a clutch kit. last year i miced them and they where still pretty much new. an i carzy to take it out and buy a new one?

Gforce all the way. 200$ cheapest alxe with a lifetime warrenty. honestly you will love it very very stong have a buddy with one on a yfz, mxing almost every weekend still hasnt bent yet. and if you want decent arms check out the ASR Arms they are cheap and seem to be holding up well the powder coating on them suck ass but thats fixable. heres some pics. you can get the axle from RMATV like stated above and the arms you can get off ebay, look for the store call Quad Parts Guy. or look up Banshee A-Arms on ebay -
yeah i would like to get the dual sparkys. but i just dont want any problems when i got to slver Lake. last year i had a freinds hush kit. they never checked DB's but i travel way to far to no be able to get in. a couple people have said on another site that they havent been cheaking Db's the past 2 years anyone comfirm this?

im a heavy equipment operator i have used alot of different grease guns and by far lincon holds up and isnt a pain in the ass to get the air out. also i run a hoe,ram for time to time in other words a big ass jackhammer that goes on the end of an excavator. they need a shit load of grease every hour of use. lincon takes around 400 pumps put tube of speacial grease but the CAT, Cattipillar grease guns takes about 200 pumps per tube. so if you looking to pump a shit load of grease cats the way but for you aplication with the needle greaser lincon would be my choice.

where can i find the cheapest hush kit for my t5's the one with the sparky in it. i think its the 2.5 version. RMATV sells the non sparky one anyone know of any sites or ebay stores that sell them?

Im running 280, with all the stuff you have mentioned except the k&n im running the lid with foam filter. oh yeah i have T5's aswell but they should be close i say start with a 320 and move down after some Chops
