mine lasts around 1-1.5 hours. Ive had a problem with fuel comming out of the breather hose. Also it may be comming out of the carb overflow.

I finally got the rest of my parts on Friday only due to paypal taking away their money. I finished installing them and then sat on the bike and it squat about 1 inch, so with the motor it will sit about 11.5" off the grond while on it. I need about 8.5. Even a trail bike should be down to 10" Its to high. Im going to end up selling them or relocating the shock mount. Heres what Ive got so far.....

you can blast the paint off just fine, but its not going to polish it. That is a whole-nuther ball game.

I think thats the problem, is they didnt relocate the mount to compinsate for the additional lenght of the arm. aththe same angle, shooting out and sown its going to raise it up higher. Had they welded the mount about 1.5-2" toward the ball joints, it would sit pretty.

I think Im going to try and sell them after I get the rest IF I DO, and get some +3 or +4 burgards. My shocks are for +3`s, but I can tighten the compression for 4`s. I had burgard +2 before these and liked them a whole lot better and they took one hellova beating!

I have elka piggies @14.5" center to center of holes, very close to stock length. My clearance is 13.5" and I should be at about 8 for mx.

What are the average temps outside where you are? Id say you should be around a 280 with what you got, and prob a 25 pilot. Stick a 280-290 in and do a plug chop. Testing a little more rich is better than a litle leaner.

Get a compression tester and remove a plug and stick it in a plug hole nice and tight, then pull your throttle WOT and kick it quick about 10 times and repaeat on the other cyl. Of course have the power off and gas off to the motor. 155-160 is about the limit for 93 octain. Also check that you coolant is full, or even flowing. Also if you have a boost bottle, you will catch a plague and your body will eat itslelf from inside out and outside in at the same time!

you have to either tighten the cable at the perch. or drain your coolant, and oil, take off the clutch cover and loosen your cable a the perch then loosen or tighten the little set screw in the middle of the preasure plate while puting preasure on the actuator lever with your finger, then re set your cable. Aroows should line up like this...... I gave my opinion on oil I didt say it was the best. Its the best for me. I used 10w30 and it was shit. BTW Im pretty sure gearsaver is 80w too anyways, so is that to heavy? Alot of people run that ALOT! you always got some dumbass shit to say.

10w30 in the tranny sucks! I dont even really care for gear saver anymore either, 80w+ gear oil is what seems to work best for my motors.

be sure you have it routed correctly and you dont really want any sharp bends, if it doesnt work see if you can send it back and get another one. I have the same setup, mine isnt showing much slack, but it wasnt a problem anywhere. Make sure you have it right up where the cable enters the throttle. See if you can scew it in at all to give up more slack and the same at the carb slides, there should be threaded ends you can screw in more.
