I know how it works, I do coatings that is why I asked, as I said not bad.

Did you use clear coat on top of the almost chrome? If not did you double coat the coating, otherwise it will break down fast without it. Just a heads up. From what I can see in the pictures the work seems to be decent.

That sounds to me like you need a washer. Loosen the nut, remove the hub add a washer and tighten. If there is no front to back play the splines are fine. You tighten the nut and it still plays tiny bit after its tight, then I would add a washer a little thicker than what you have for play. This should, help with not having to reef on the nut so much to make it tight as well.

See if there is play side to side, and not front to back. If there is you just may need a washer behind the hub to take up space so when you tighten the crown nut it's tight again. Also cotter pin as stated above.

That should be fine then, just wanted to make sure it was not like 1/16th gauge tin or something.

Not a problem, when you are ready I will be ready. How thick is the grill? I wnt to be sure it wont warp when being heated or cleaned.

No bearings, like I said shipping is about 20 bucks. Anything over that I will cover in the lower 48 that is....

Just sucks when you have so much work into something, and when it comes time to get nickled and dimes over parts that are 100 dollars direct from the manufacture.

Rough quote on shipping for rims and tires, between 20-35 dollars depending on where they are going to. The swinger is about 20 dollars for the shipping.

I tried to part it out, but it seems as if everyone is only intrested in the ASV levers. I am not going to strip what I have done just for levers. I would rather sell it whole I need the room, and don't want to sit on parts waiting for them to sell.
