  14. but seriously tho can you shrink your zig.........and take all the shit out that you no longer have.......example 1 silver banshee[aka]the super dunner i'am never going to build another bike again................................... :shoothead: :shoothead: jk..... :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  15. if you got the dial indicator in the left cylinder than you use that moon to line it up with the flywheel line.......also if you can ground the your ground straps to your frame that should work as well, the only reason i put the ground straps to the head is cuz i dont want to drill holes or grind paint off my frame just to ground it......i hope that helps you........ ::
  16. now i know why youre the godfather of the bhq.........
  17. ok...after i tight down the moons and the motor is on tdc you roll back[clock wise to 85thousands]than what i do is aling the flywheel line to the pvl moon that the dial indicator is on[everything has to be align at this point flywheel lines to the moon lines]...i usally start/set the dial indicator on the left cylinder[note you have to tap the flywheel with a deep socket before torquing it.... otherewise the flywheel will tun with the locking nut]than double check everything by putting the motor on tdc and going back 85thousands making sure all lines are aling[pvl moon lines to flywheel lines]................i check both cylinders.......good luck if you got any questions let me know ill be more that happy to help on what ever i can......
  18. what i have sell my shit first fool......ill let you know in a couple of days bro.....dont forget to bring your shit sunday
  19. i set it at tdc turning the crank the way the motor turns while bike is running[if you go pass tdc you just have to make another turn]another words you cant turn back....after the motor is on tdc than you turn the motor back to 85thousands and you end up at 15thousand thats what lynn at lcperformance told me to run, and thats what we all run[all my friends]out here. on the gaping of the moons you are going to need a star screw driver or if you got a star socket that would work much better...they should alredy be gaped properly tho......unless one cylinder is missing or something than you should try to gap the pvl moon a little closer.........also ground straps are a must....good luck........i love the way my pvl works so i'am sure youre going to like yours .......
  20. just run it see how you like it...i really dont know that much about them, but i have run one now for a little over a year with no problems.........i run it at tdc and go back 85thousands[on the dial indicator]......its also alot lighter and revs faster.......also the gaping from the pvl moons to the flywheel i just wrapped painter tape oround the fly wheel 2 times and that has always work out great....also dont forget to put a good ground strap......you are going to need a dial indicato and a pvl fly wheel puller.......all i know is that all my buddys run the pvl and have had no problems
  21. i just got 4 of those fucking registration fee things..ill just buy 4 of the non resident tags fuck it......its bullshit you know.....pismo just keeps getting smaller and smaller.....you know what they want to do to glamis[close it up]every time i go to dummont for the day i have to pay 40 bucks[thats the new holiday pay rate]and your yearly pass at dummont is no good on big holidays like paying 3.80 at the pump aint hard enough.......needless to say i just payed the irs my left nut......AZ HERE I COME.....
  22. not sure but i tought that tz bearings work better with straight cut gears....do to the side load that the stock gears put on the crank since the tz bearing is a floater bearing the stock gears just dont work as good....like i said not sure
  23. i might just have to give it a shot.....anyone else has put this stuff on their shee? http://www.redlineoil.com/msds/31.pdf
  24. like it says ...i currently have only used techniplate[klotz]on my banshee but the only place that i can get that at is 45 min away from the house.......one of the local shops has the redline product for about the same $$$$$$$$ minus the drive.....pliz share your expiriences if you got any with the redline alky mix.....thanks _________________________
