Get the Ricky Stator timing plate. It does the same job as the fancy billet ones for a fraction of the cost. You don't even see the damn thing anyway!

Did you try contacting Duncan? When my buddy polished his silencers he called Duncan wanting to buy new stickers for them, expaining he polished them up, they told him they would send him a free set. He ended up getting 4 free sets. :thumbsup:

So my stock hangers are starting to rip. Well, more like debond... I'm thinking of modding them to match the cascade ones. The rubber is still good it's just pulling away from the steel. Any body have the cascade ones? Do they just have a washer and nut on the back of them? Obviously mine won't be chrome but cascade must just drill and bolt theirs together... right? What do you guys think?

Read my comments... I installed the K&N Pods, Toomey T5s, TORS Removal, and put in 300 mains. New plugs too. (Sea level.) 1. It will not idle. (I tried every variation w/ the idle air screw.) You probably need 27.5 pilots. 2. The slides stick. (What can I grease them with?) Did you deburr the holes you drilled in the carbs? You need to do this! NO GREASE! 3. The throttle cable supplied with the TORS kit is to tight. (Might be why #2 is happening.) Too tight? Never had this problem. Try rerouting the cable? 4. The bike is running really, really hot. (Coolant is getting flushed tomorrow.) Is it lean? Did you check for an air leak? 5. The pipes began smoking. (Because of the paint? Toyboxx will have to let us know about this part.) Painted pipes will smoke the first time after painting, or the pipes are really hot because of a lean condition. Hope this helps!

That oil is actual gear oil... I never ran gear oil in any of my 2 strokes. I have always run 10W30 and change it ever ride or two.

Is that lucas oil going to be ok w/ a wet clutch?

It was worth a shot... OCT 11'th needs to hurry up and get here... I don't think there is any more maintenance I can do!!

When I opened my pistons the go / no go gauge they use on the wrist pin bore was in the piston... apparently they never replaced it and QC has gone down hill. LOL
