  1. yup dual 33s will pull alot harder from peak mid to top, but thats not necesarly a great thing when your in the tight stuff. I love my 2:1 with a 35PWK No port Im gonna do the whole 4mil shabang when Im ready. Im keeping the 2:1 also. I have it so dialed in my plugs look like selma hyaks(sp) skin. Its nice.
  2. Looks nice, I havent ever seen one. Im just going to go to an auto parts store and buy a temp guage/rad cap. Ill make it work Ill cut a hole in the plastic if I have too. I may not have the most blinged out Banshee but Shee preforms with the best of the best in the woods.
  3. If you were prepared to drop 600 you should get the Lonestar Racing A-Arms I payed around 650.00 for mine. Fully adjustable, upper heims lower intergrated skidplate 100% Chromoly. At least that way you will feel comfterble with your purchase. The worst thing you can do is what your doing now. Rushing your decision. Caster and Camber are really nice to have espically on the Banshee. Factory set isent that great when you can EASELY adjust your own. Then if your getting to much bump and corner roll you can adjust them again till you have the perfect front end setup. camber is up and down castor is side to side and they are easy to adjust. Take Housers Tric Trak a-arms that adjust themselves on the fly setup and it will give you an idea on adjusting your own caster and camber. They dont make them for the banshee and they still dont have anything protecting the setup yes but they are sick. http://www.houser-racing.com/ProductDetail...0000-1170444374 Then drop a few more hundred and get Elkas with Comp adjustments and you wil have one of the nicest setups out there. I got the Elites with HI And lowspeed +rebound adjustments so itts almost like having 2 sets of shocks in one. You can adjust the hi speeed compression then theres a knob for adjusting the low speed compression at the same time. I dont recomend buying them unless you really fell like you would benifit from all of those adjustments but it sure is nice.

  5. I "HATE" Egay bump
  6. I got mine for super cheap off Jason LiftfT4R. They are powdercoated silvervein and the look great not sure how he went about doing them though.
  7. Rite you dont just go and say you want a dune port, all that is, is a name of how much material is taken out. A builder who ports can tell you he can take more or less out dune port is just a guidline for how much or little material your getting taken out. ported 4mils run hard but you have to be sure you and the builder are on the same page. Talk to someone who will spend time talking with you about your riding style first and foremost then talk about what pipes your running, then you make the choice of domes and timing. you have to think what suspension setup you will be riding on and if you want a longer stock or shorter swingarm for the extra power. Remember you can have all of the HP in the worl but if your not putting the tires to the ground a 400EX would smoke you.
  8. Man thats a nice Banshee you got there. You could downsize the pic a little though it makes the HQ Slower. Just constructive critisisim Im not a mod or anything.
  9. http://www.atvworld.com/racingaccess(chassis)rolldesign.htm Scroll down These Roll Design chromoly ones are badass. Im getting one then a stabilizer preferably GPR. Truthfully if I dident have to get a stem to mount a GPR I would just go with Fasst Flexx bars and the stabilizer. All together awsome setup no matter how you look at it but you better dig deep in your wallet for that setup. Then think a-arms and suspension thats atleast 3gs for me more like 5gs (LSR AND ELITE$$$$) all front end.
  10. The longest running race ATV in history. Im sure you could find a nice used one with suspension mods instead of droping the few Gs on a new one but thats just me.
  11. Your rite you do need the anti vibe stem first. As far as price if I can get a deal Ill try and give it to you guys too.
  12. Motorex Synthetic Gear Oil 10w30 1-Liter Synthetic blend transmission gear fluid for use in all 2-stroke engines with a wet-clutch. Can also be used in 4-stroke engines with a separate transmission http://www.ktm-parts.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?...t_Code=36030002 This stuff is like gold. I highly recomend it if your dealer carries it.
  13. Call Works direct Or TRY http://gtthunder.com/
  14. Boyesens are good I know a couple people ride with them. I say if you already have them dont switch unless you need to. Kinda overkill if you ask me.
  15. agreed 100%
  16. If your just screwing around get Pipes a Noss Head with 20cc domes VF3s some carbs and a timing plate and juice it up to +4 or +7 then get it ported. then get the yfz front end setup. No need to drop $$$$ on a-arms and suspension if your not gonna use it.
  17. Unbelievable! Truely, one of the nicest Banshees Ive ever seen! Good job!
  18. with rear tires like that all he did was spin spin spin, mabey thats why he got the cams and Head porting. There is no call for having an electric start though pffffffffft
  19. 250Rs are indeed badass thats what I and everyone rode for years and years though I do fell my Banshee is an upgrade you still have to sink thousands into it so it will do what its meant to do in the woods. Good luck I hope you still hang around here. Your just missing one cylinder is all
  20. Merry Christmas everyone. I made out with 40 bucks all I have to do is make is about 7 times that and I can get my GPR Staabilizer  Oh and Jumbo breaded shrimps and stuffed turkey and ham today. HO HO HO!
  21. Another Bump for this awsome swingarm. Its going to ebay in a few days.
  22. running to rich for long periods of time can really heat up warp your head and do some topend damage. If you can smell your Banshee getting to hot thats how you can tell. Or simply look at your plugs and always check for air leaks and lean jetting. Obviously that can do it too.
  23. Yup, same here and I ride hard. My builder recomended it to me I was gonna go with Klotz but he told me he seen alot of topend rebuilds with people running Klotz. I talked with a other pro riders and they say the same thing 927 at 32:1. Oh it smells almost sweet espically with VP110 Or Klotz Race Fuel now Klotz fuel is another story good shit. Im not downing anyone or trying to start a my oil is better than yours its just my expirences.
  24. That sounds rite if you are ported. Unported you could probably double the MPGs. If your getting 5 mpg a 5.5 gal tank is nessacary.
  25. New tires A-Arms and suspension are the first thing the Banshee needs. If your going to switch out your trans which means splitting the cases goes first and your looking for more power you could always have your stock crank welded with a maxload bering new pistons a bore and hone and a shaved head, and a mild port job so you still have the option of porting for a 4mil crank later on would be the cheapest way to go so you have money left over for a new front end. You can go for a good set of A-Arms and some super cheap shocks untill you save the money for good shocks would be the ticket. Then you can save up for better shocks strap them on then worry about the 4mil. Just a few suguestions.
