Hm, The correct adaptor is the 14mm one. I got 2 adaptors 14 and 18 with my 30 dollar comp tester and it reads rite on. I tested it with my mechanics snap on and the reading was the exact same. It doesnt matter how much you kick it because your motor will only build up a cirten amount of compression untill the needel doesnt move anymore. 175 with 22cc domes sounds rediculously high though. Are you running alot of timing too?

I get the same looks and respect for having the banshee most switched to 4 strokes its baron banshee land where I ride but I can keep up it just costed a little bit. see if you have a good spark just touch the sparkplugs caps on to the motor watch out for a ZAPPPPPPP! Check all of your fuel lines mabey some grit got in there and pull your carbs apart again and make sure you put them together correctly. I doubt its electrical if you found sand in the carbs thats not good but pray for the best.

Find a 450 to ride, just ask someone if you can ride it for a few minutes and let him follow you on your friends banshee. If you already rode 2 banshees youll probably want one the 4 strokes dont have that get up and goo powerband.

I would think 4 snows or pro wedge 2s would be a good dirt sand combo.

A Banshee is a race bike not a sport quad, you should have got the same with a yfz450 or a Rap 700. Its gonna take alot of money to make that thing go fast and the powerband suck brrrrum. Sell it then get a 450 or 700 IMO.
