  2. Yeah, thanks man. It was an honost mistake by my Fathers friend who was living up there had the pipe from the wood burner on a 90 degree angle to the wall and he went to Grove city to shop a little and when he came back everything was going. 2 Fire Departments came up to put it out. So its not done yet just the basics but its definatly sleepable. Its just bare on the inside. All of the windows are in and the walls are built. All we need now is to finish the wireing, ductwork, Instalation and drywall and it will be ready to live in again. I stay for weeks at a time when its warm and I dont have any work but its just too cold now with only 2 kerosene heaters. :thumbsup: so that would be a nice place to station our quads and its rite next to a bunch of killer trails when it gets warmer. If anybodys intrested put something in this thread and the offical thread of what we are gonna do exactly will be started around spring time.

  4. Its pretty far from Harrisville, the zip here is 16038. But if we get enough people it will be worth the trip for these riding/racing spots. Rails of Trails by the overlook. People usualy take tents and camp out there the whole weekend just to try and ride a quarter of them trails and its only 20 minutes from my place. Plus I have nice trails/hillclimbs on my property and nice pits and old abandon strip mineS we could ride our Banshees to. I want this to work out, shit if one person comes that would be cool but the more the better!!!! Obviously its way to cold now, but come spring time I guarentee a hell of a ride in the day time and a kickass party at night. We would split the groupes into sections of 3 A Riders B Riders and C riders. Only rules I have is no riding drunk or high, and only shoot in the places I say is ok when your on my property. Other than that its balls out. NEED MORE PEOPLE TO GET THIS THREAD GOING AND MAKE A REAL TRIP OUT OF IT. I know my man Jay LifTDT4R Is down. A Few of my 4 poke buddies are down. I want it to be a Banshee fest!!!
  5. Comeon guys there a parts shop that I can get deals from, I will buy 3 30packs and a 5th or two of JD/CROWN. BONFIRE and good tunes at night. You can be as loud as you want. First person who bitches about being hungover and cant ride gets kicked in the ass everyone is more than welcome to bring their own alchoal free place to crash. I wanna big ass Banshee fest to humiliate the 4 stroke guys!
  6. Damn my guy had a system 3 for sale for 350.00 all mounting hardware everything. Im still going for the GPR Though, after I buy my stem. I wish I had them money now Ide snatch that one off ebay in a second pink or not.

    Its all about ordering Elkas corectly and not from a pull down screen. Talk to Elka or the person your ordering them from Every type of riding what tires you have, your skill level, where you like your sag set the list goes on and on. If you know your needs before you order your Elkas (or any other shock for that matter) they will valve them 100%. If your unsure they will valve them off shelf after they test them on the dynometer. so when you get faster and know what you need out of your shocks you might need a new main spring or a revalve. Elka does valve them a little soft out of the box if you dont tell them exactly what you need. People that say everyone who gets Elkas need to send them back or to someone else to valve them is bullshit. Elka offers a 30 day test ride. If your not happy with the valving within the 30 days you can send them back and Elka will valve them to your specs at no charge.

    Thats people liking what they have. TCS shocks were made and devoleped by a guy who used to work for Elka. I dont think they are better and I would and did chose (for many reasons) Elka over them but they are damn fine shocks.
  9. Yeah their expensive but sure come in handy in races and long long trail rides. I will be getting the wal mart kids balls and putting them in my tires untill I can save up for tire balls. They are a bitch to put in too.

    I just dont see anything so special that I would shell out that kind of money. I know a few of the GNCC guys run Motowoz but they are still unproven compared to Elka TCS PEP ECT.. And thats why I went with Lonestar I was gonna go with Laegers cause Ive had more expirence with them. TCS are good shocks but so are Elkas what made you chose TCS?

  12. I thought about buying a drum of VP110 probably get a discount by buying 2 of them. You know budieing up and buying in bulk. I have to look more into this but yeah my Banshee starts getting thirsty for VP110 or U2(13.00 A gallon) its 5.50 a gallon.

    Yeah they are great and expensive as all hell. Ide get Elka Elites or Axis 3 way adjustable before I went and droped that kind of money on suspension thats only been out for a little amount of time.
  14. That I would have to say is pushing it. Im currently running 20cc domes and +4 timing and running 93 but if I went down to 19ccs +5 I would be around 165-170psi Ide imagine and that calls for atleast 100LL AV Fuel. You can usualy get that at smaller airports for around 4 a gallon. Another thing I forgot to mention since I live by for every Power Mod there is a counter reliability mod. So 18cc domes and +7 Timing I would get my crank trued and welded with a maxload bearing just for extra insurance. Do you have to, NO. Is it worth getting done, YES. I would say depending on your elevation 21cc domes and +4 timing and you should be set with 93 octane. As far as rejetting, It all depends. I dident have to change my jetting for my Noss Head 20cc domes or VF3s but I bumped my timing to +4 and put a 2:1 carb setup on at the same time with a 190 main and a 45 piolet. If I still had stock carbs Ide say no I wouldent of had to rejet. If anything VF3s will more than likely fatten up in the midrange but not so much that you have to rejet. Always read your plugs though. 1.79.00 a piece at any auto store.
  15. get 18cc domes and crank your timing to around +7. Youll have to run race fuel but it will really wake up your lowend and you wont notice any dead spots in the powerband plus with the VF3s youll get instant throttle responce.
  16. The main reason I got the Elites is the wide range of adjustability for all of the diffrent terrain I ride on. Having the HI/LO speed compression adjust is almost like having 2 diffrent shock setups. Smooth over the soft stuff and smooth over the rough stuff not to mention the rebound adjustment that will help out alot weather Im jumping/Tricks or doing hard whoops/rutted out sections. Works are an upgrade from stock but Elkas are an upgrade from Works the same. Ive rode on both on many diffrent quads and diffrent terrain and the Elkas blew Works out of the water. I also saved up its not something I just went out and bought. Just something to think about.
  17. ebay can be a usefull tool for parts and shit. Just sold my -3 swingarm I really needed the money for and I couldnt get anyone to even look at it on here or anyother board I posted it on. Got my asking price on ebay.

  23. That just doesnt sound rite. I would call the snap on guy and see if he will replace it or at least look at it for you. In the meantime just go and buy a noname comp tester from AutoZone test your compression with that and see what it reads then take it back once you get your snap on. Even though the snap on is more than likely off, High compression and low octane are nothing to mess with.
  24. Chris (dwns on here) Was a truely awsome seller and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He not only held the PT mids for me for 2 weeks but he took payments too! Super fast shipping also! Awsome guy to talk to over the phone too, he told me exactly what kind of power change I will be getting as he moved to T5s and Im moving from the TR6s to the PT Mids. We talked about our riding style, Jetting for the pipe switch, and everything else, and I know these will suite me much better than what Im running now. Thank you Chris, pipes came today and they look awsome :thumbsup:
  25. That setup is way to much cash. For a drag racer that has to have every little bit of extra power then yeah but thats not a justified purchase for just riding. That K&N Airbox lid is over priced too. I use my stock lid with 12 1" holes cut in and I have 1" mini foam filters put in for a little more airflow. I also run a 2:1 uni foam filter with the plastic cage that seats rite in the airbox for as much filtration as I can get because I run through alot of water/mud puddles. Its imposible to avoide them and while I could squese a few more HP with a K&N setup its not worth the risk to reward ratio. For sand I would use the K&N Pods with outerwares for better airflow.
