  1. Hell yeah brother, Benjiman"s" sure do the talking. Never talk about something you want without Ben and his twins!
  2. Well its on Ebay. I will pull it for any HQer 195.00 shipped to anywhere in the US http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lonestar-3-...tem260197319919
  3. Yeah I love my Banshee on the trails and the only 2 stroke guys left have 250rs. The few people with Banshees only take them out seldom or have them built up for flat drags. Its like everybody and their Mother switched to 450s from their 250rs or 250xs or beefed up 400exs. I have no problem smoking novic riders on their 480 national bikes they spent their college funds Mommy and Daddy saved up for them on trails they ride every day and Im just getting to know them, and while Im not at a pro level on my Shee yet I can hang with them guys no problem now that I have great suspension. My mods sure do help though. I just paid a member on this board for PT Mids Ill be getting them in about a week. I cant wait. Im going down a tooth on front with the PTs Noss Head 20cc domes timing plate bumped +4 (Next race season Im getting 18cc custom cut stroker domes and bumping the timing +7 then Im getting my 4mil crank and a low/mid port job and a beefed up clutch) VF3s I never tried the Rad Valves but I really like my VF3s Trinity 2:1 intake and a single 35PWK With airbox adaptor plate and Modified lid All of my bolt on mods help bring out the beast in the trails and its so much more fun than any dull 4 poke. Plus once I get all of my handeling and motor mods Im gonna be leaving some serious pros in the dust. I spend about 2 hours when I go out myself all on cornering tecniques and spending alot of time in tight rutted rocky stuff getting faster each time. I have my holeshot practice down to a tee.
  4. Best time to buy used is when the season is over. Dealers dont really change pricetags unless the same model is upgraded. I personaly would never buy a new quad. That 69.00 a month for 12 months is true but you end up paying that as tax plus the price originaly stated afterwords. I would put a big downpayment if ever buying new plus get the dealer to give me a monthly bill for a year so its totaly payed off in 12 months without hidden taxes. Setup, freight, overhead, they will lump you over the head if you let them. Plus some of them sell the test ride quads out front for less.
  5. Yes that has been posted a few times on here. Very sick and skilled riders there.
  6. Hell yeah, those are some nice pics, Hope to make some of my own tonight. HAPPY F'N NEW YEAR
  7. Throw some pics up. Im looking at them too and Im wondering how they fit. Im thinking those are cheap enough if they hold (which I doubt) Ill get theshee to do my Dimebag Darrell Guitar series on my fenders
  8. Im in man, Ill be getting that helmet cam in a few and Ill get some fast paced racing with 4 pokes and nasty hillclimbs. Exciting.
  9. I know AC Racing makes some cool bumpers, I dont think Blingstar makes em for the Banshee I like those the best, then there the ebay ones kinda ugly though. Im sure alot of people know of nicer ones.
  10. Im going from the Toomey TR6s to Paul Turner Midrange pipes do you guys know if there is any rejetting required? I have the Trinity 2:1 intake with a single PWK35 48 Piolet and 190 main needle on the 3rd clip. Im gonna throw some 210s in there cause it did get colder but is there any other info I should know about?
  11. Yup, I get to see cylinders being ported for top mid and low combinations. Im gonna watch Cody do it to mine a little then Ill take over and Ill be porting from then on. As long as you have a steady hand and a good idea +tools its yours.
  12. sweet, you can invite mini me to show you how to ride.
  13. Im out of the parts game for a while, your list is good though. Just remember you need a foam filter with airbox and lid on if you plan on going through any water.
  14. hahah your a nut loco. It wont hurt anything that is a damn stupid rumor/
  15. Ive rode on Works many of times and they dont even compare to Elka. Mabey they do in the sand IDK. You dont need elites unless you plan on competing. A good port job is opening the ports in your cylinders so they get more air/fuel and that makes the bike 2 (sometime 3xs) times faster than stock.
  16. you could get Elka Elites +dual linkage an a LT Elite rear shock for about 2500
  17. I cant find it these are what I go by. I see 72R and thats a PWK 39, PWK41 Pro-Series doesnt have a number. Looks like its time for the carb nuts to get in on this or Im sure Jim from Passions Racing would know. 18. Make sure your gapped rite on the pickup and if there are any bare wires solder them together. Im bad with the Banshees electrical system but thats what I would look at.
  19. True it is alot better narrowing down the problems and fixing them yourself rather than any shop that charges at least 40 an hour in labor. I had to solder my wires behind the stator and if I would have taken it to the shop it would have taken just as long to diagnose the problem which costs and all when you can do the exact same thing with some patience and a Clymers manual.
  20. Definatly get A-Arms and suspension first. You can have all of the power in the world but if you cant keep the wheels to the ground it dont mean jack. Not to mention the fact that a dune ported trail bike will get smoked in the woods by a Banshee with just pipes and good suspension. All Ive ever done was ride woods I know alot of pro riders and Im speaking with expirence.
  21. Well Im not too sure about how much you should raise or open the port,s. But if its a 4mil longrod you need Wiesco 795 series pistons and you need your domes specialy cut both 2mm to compensate for the longer rods at TDC.
  22. You mic the bell of the carb to find out what size it is but there should be numbers on the side of the carbs. Put those numbers up and I will tell you what size it is. It should say 70A For example.
  23. I have a Lonestar new style -3 roundhouse pc red swingarm on ebay. All you need is the carrier. I could pull it for you.
  24. I have 4 of them and they are all in good condition. $17.00 a set
  25. How much ya ready to spend is the question. Razr 2s all around, +2+1 a arms and Elkas(Look at my sig). For more bottom advance the timing with a timing plate. 2:1 carb setup is good too.
