I ordered one of those power lids and got the same instruction you have. :yelrotflmao: That was one of the First post I made on the HQ. (first mod to Banshee) I just put a 240 main jet in and called it good.

When my flywheel went out. I could not hear anything broke inside. Outher people can hear it but not me. Careful dont hit your self wile shaking the flywheel close to your head. :: :biggrin: I hope you get your Banshee running soon. I just got off a bad spark problem myself. You should start off by making a post in one color. It's hard to read like that. EDIT: And i was told this port your stockers and add a 4mil crank ...and maybe some 28-30 PWK carbs...mill your head He is saying to get your stock cyclinders ported, add a 4mill stroker crank, add bigger carbs 28-30 (PWK is a brand) and have your stock head shaved down 30 thousnds

You could also list your location. Then maby sombody from the HQ will take pitty on you and come help you out. :thumbsup:

I like the bottom one myself. Maby with just ATV Performance. Insted of ATV Repair and Performance. Anytime I think of a repair shop. I think of a steeler ship or a dirty person wanting to rip me off. My 2cent

Dennis kirk sells them for my Moose skid plate, try them.

Try ajusting your air screws. Move them BOTH a 1/2 turn in. Let it run for 30 or so seckends then see what happens. If that dont help maby back the air screws out 1/2 a turn. Just make sure that you give it time to take effect.

I have the stock O-Ring chain that came off my 06 Banshee. It is stock lengh with maby 7 hours on it. When you say steering stem bracket do you meen the 2 plastick havet that go around the steering stem? If so I have that also. $40 for the chain shipped.

My 421 cub runs with 19cc domes and has 175PSI in both cyclinders. It runs on VP 110 oct. I am also at sea level. I dont know what the squish is but the motor was built by passion racing. Dont know if any of that helps you.

If you can, Swap out your Flywheel with a different one. I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my Banshee running for the last month aswell. It turned out that it was my flywheel was the problem. You can read the post if you want. It is under PROBLEM WITH MY CUB. Maby read the one tilted NO SPARK aswell. Good luck and Welcome to the HQ

Hotcarl came to my house today and figered out what was wrong with my 421 cub. It turned out that my flywheel was the problem. I had no idea that a flywheel could just go bad like that. I give mad props to hotcarl for geting my banshee to fire up. He said that he could hear sompthing moveing inside my flywheel. I my self cant hear anything, But that dont mater. When we put his flywheel on my Banshee the darn thing fired right up. I hope that somebody might come accrost this post and it can help them in the futcher.

Carl, just came to my house and found out what was wrong with my cub. It was the flywheel. I have not been ably to get this thing going for 4 or 5 weeks now. I was having the same problem as you. Spark every now and agin. I think that you should get a flywheel to test on your Banshee. Hope this will help you.

I am having the same problem with my cub. Spark one minet then none the next. Hope you figer it out.
