I will be pulling 2 or more Banshee's I could deffently use a lighter duty trailer with alittle more cool factor. You got any ideas on where their located? I like the toolbox thing on the first one. But the seckend one dose look more hevydudy. Also the 1st and 2nd pic are the same trailer as with the 3rd and 4thpic being the same.

I am in the market for a trailer to pull my Banshee on. I found these about 10 miles from my house. Their is only $100 differents in the two.($1700 and $1800) Both hold 3 quads and have ride up ramps from the sides. The one without the wood deck has a spot for a toolbox built into it. Wich do you like better and Y, or should I keep looking. I will be towing it with a 1995 V6 toyota 4-runner. Thanks

The black wire screws onto the back of your timing plate. I think that the pick up gap is .018

When you do decide to get a head, get a NOSS head They are so much better looking.

I have a 421 cub with 35 PWK and more. (look in my sig) I am at sea level with jetting at 155 main and 52 poilet. Middle clip on needle Air screws at 1 1-2 turns out. Did you ajust your air screws? It takes a minet to take affect. Do a plug chop to judge your jetting.

Stuff a rag down by the crank so the circlip dose not go in to the bottom end. Wile removing them or putting them in. They like to go flying in install and removal process.

Your going to need a flywill puller to get if off. Dont use a 3 jaw puller. If you dont have a impact gun your going to need something to hold the flywill, When you go to tighten the bult down.

Are you still useing the stock pipes? If so get some after market pipes befor you get carbs. Those stock pipes are chocking the crap out of your motor. To answer your question get some 33 or 35 PWK carbs.

We need more info. What is your elevation and riden temp? What mods do you have on your Banshee? If the ones on your sig. I would say you need bigger main jet and probley bigger pilots. A 220 main jet is super small for any Banshee with pipes.

I dont know what to tell you about the studs. That is the way thay came to me. The bults thred on nice. I was told that they came off a 96 or 97 Banshee. Hotcarl you have first dibs on them since you spoke up first. I will take a money order or cash. I can do paypal but do not want to if posible.

Yes I found the leak down test from RNBRAD. I could not find the post of how to do a squish test with a pice of solder. This motor was put together in 3-26-6 by Jim. The engine ran good for the previes owner. It ran good for me when I first got it but now nothing. It all happend like this. One day I went out the grauge and It started right up on 2 kick. I let it Idal for maby 3 minets.I killed it trying to pull it back into the grauge and it would not starte after that. I am ready to put it into a coffin and send it to somebody.

I just called jim at passion and now I am waiting on him to call me back. I have not checked squish measurement yet and still not sure how to. What is a (solder) I looked for RNBRAD thread on here on how to check it.... but could not find it. I have checked my top end compreshion and it is good. (175 in both) I have not done a leak down test yet. My banshee keeps trying to starte but wont. :shoothead: :shoothead:

Anybody know where I can get some different thickness base gaskets at? Anybody know what thickness gasket Jim at Passion Racing uses on a 4mill stroker 421 cub set up? Squish clearince is mesured from the top of the pistion at TDC to the top of the dome. Is that corect? If not how do I mesure it. Yes, I am still trying to fix my 421 cub. No the stator that I bought did not work to fix the cub.

I have the Tag-2 Bars on my 02 Banshee and love them. I dont know what bend they are But they kick but. They are realy tough also. 1 1/8 Bar I have some FLY bars on my 06 Banshee. They are WEEK like a soda can. Just the wind force from 5th gear could probly bent them. The weight from the grips made them droop.lol lol I think that thay has the 400ex bend. They are a good bend just week bars. 7/8 Bar
