  1. Ok, So I will go out and get some 50 pilot and some 152 main jets and see how it runs from their. As for how it ran from 0 to 1/4 throttle. I dont know. I dont like to go slow. But I can tell you that I have to give it alittle gas to get to start when kicking it. The plugs I keept an eye on and they stayed the same on both sides. Black and dry I have not been able to edit my profile. So I could not change my Banshee sig. I bumped my timing to +6 Thanks
  2. Well, I went out and rode it around today. It ripped pritty darn good. But dose need some tuning. It was running real rich in the 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. So I think I should maby lean the needel out alittle bit. Maby the main jet aswell. Man thoes Cheetas sure use gas quick. I mixed 2 gallons of race gas and it lasted maby 40 minets. I even had the extra plugs to do a plug chop and the video camera to get some video. But ended up running out of gas first. Do any of you have any Idea why my banshee will be ideling real good then maby after a minet of it it just dies? It dose not idel down then die it just died
  3. It is ready to bolt on and go. It has a O-ring gastet that goes betwen the intake and the 1 into 2 devider. You will need 4 bolts to bolt it on.The bolts on your regular intake should work. It will need 2 regular intake gastets. I will throw in 2 used ones that are in good shape. If you want it you should buy it now. I am thinking of keeping it.
  4. I did not get anything fot the 06 as of yet. I got the 35PWK for the 421 cheeta cub with the 4mill stroker. The 02 that is listed in sig. The carbs came with 160 main jets and 68 pilet jets and clip in middel
  5. I dont have any way to measure them. Not going to pay a shop to do it. I would not think that they need to be bored just deglazed.
  6. Ok, I just got my 35PWK carbs for my new Banshee. Where should I start with jetting? Also do any of you have a good tip on how to grab that slid ajuster screw on the inside? I tried all kinds of things. Dose a driect drive clutch lockup hold more oil then normal?
  7. Check bown by the front sproket. Look to see if they had to weld any pices of the case back up from a chain poping off or snapping. Check the back shock by turning the ajuster nob. It should make a click for each number turned.

  10. Good set of cyclinders for sale. $200 FIRM shipped. Have the head for another $20. No porting and I was told that they have never bean bored. I got them on the sight about 2 months ago and never used them. I believe they came off a 1996 or 1997. Just a little glaze on the walls. send PM

  14. Sorry for steeling the thread but could somebody tell me what a arck welder is for. I can arck weld pritty good but never now when I should use it insted of a mig or tig welder.

  16. T-5 are better IMO. You will soon want port work so get the T-5 now. And if you dont like them and decide to get some T-6 in the futcher you will not have a problem trading the T-5 for T-6. But trust me, you will be so glad that you got the T-5. I have the T-5 and their is no outher pipe i'd rather have. You know along time ago, probley the first time you seen a banshee. How it just sounded so good. It most likeley had some T-5 on it. :biggrin:
  17. I am in the process of getting a F.A.S.T dune and play port. I would rather have a set of T-5 over fattys. How is that port job treating you? Cant wait to get mine.
  18. Maby try to back the air screws in half a turn. I could not believe what a differents it mabe on mine. stock setting is 2 turns out. Try 1 1/2 turns. Be sure to do both carbs. It should take 20 seckends to take affect. Welcome to the HQ
  19. I say black also. Like sand rocket said, just make sure that yours is faster. Need we say more.
  20. The cyclinders I want 200 shipped no less. I was told they came off a 1996 banshee. They have no porting and have not been bored. I got them on the sight less then a month ago. I thought that I would use them when I sent my outhers out to have them ported. But ended up sending the hole engine. I think that they have glaze on the walls. They do not have any scrastches in them.

  25. I have a bunch of banshee parts for sale. Most of them onley have about 8 hours on them. The rest were given to me when I got my new banshee.
