  1. have u done any mods to the harness? it sounds like your shorting out some where.. see if u can get ahold of blowit. he is much better wth electrical then i am
  2. they are like 90mm or 93mm.... you can get any size and stretch them...mine have been popping off so i find my self buying what ever i can get my hands on now.
  3. your jugs wont matter with the rod length. the extra length is made up for in the piston. for your jugs your port timing are differant to accomedate the new stroke. if you get a cub the port timings ill already match for the stroker. if u run stockers you will have to get them ported to match
  4. i think jeff uses whitiker
  5. Whitiker Racing (SP?) Redline ummm i just went blank i know theres more but i am having a brain fart sry
  6. most drag swingers are made from round tube and most dune mx swingers are square you can have a strong swinger from either as long as you get thick walls.
  7. they should fit noss heads... they fit pro design and noss and pro design are interchangeable Edit: just noticed i posted backwards but either way they should fit
  8. The blaster piston is .030ths. shorter on the compression height and has a .055ths. lower dome height. the blaster piston is about 8 grams lighter and .075ths. shorter in length.
  9. i just looked at the shift squadrons and they are zip off too..
  10. hey rip you know what style they are? i forgot all about getting the zip off kind.
  11. you should do a leak down test and a compression test on it... once you determine those are good if it still does not spark its got to be fuel if you say it has good spark.
  12. check the fuel. jets might be clogged. also whats your compression. and have you done a leakdown test? top end rebuild or full rebuild?
  13. awsome, those are perfect. ar the inside of the legs re-enforced or they all one type of material? i was looking at the squadrons too... both are very good prices.
  14. yea im pretty sweet!
  15. i think there has been alot of issues latley with them being DOA or dieing shortly after installing them. the assembly is very common as well though
  16. your steels wont make as much of a differance as good fibers will. you can use stock steel and rough them a little with some fine grit paper and it will be fine. the most important thing is that you have strong springs putting pressure all the way around your plates.
  17. cubs bolt right to your cases. no trenching needed. uses all stock bolton mods. you can get 90-100 hp ez with it and a cleanup port. you can still have it drag ported even more then they come. but like dave said. get ready for suspension swinger clutch lockup carbs pipes over ride ect....
  18. hey guys im looking for a new set of riding pants. i want the kind that go over your boots not the elastic legs that tuck in. dont care what brand but looking for black. and it cant be that thin wind breaker shit that will melt if it gets near my pipes. needs to be sturdy.
  19. i am one of the fortunate ones that have not had any issues with my RS 200w
  20. very good explanation
  21. ok you wanted a rough drawing so here it is...
  22. your chain lays on the bottom roller goes around the rear sprocket then the chain lays on the slider on the swinger and under the top roller...
  23. if your set on having someone do the ploishing, you might look into chroming it instead. costs a little more now but you dont have to worry with maintaining it do it once and be done with it.
  24. for glamis the dunes last year where pretty empty before halloween. on halloween weekend it kicked off into high gear... sux casue i wont be there for halloween this year.. my kid is due, and im pretty sure the old lady isnt going to let me go edit: oh have you been off the 905 latley? if not i wouldnt bother going anymore, then cops are being cocksuckers out there. they have been writing 1000 dollar tickets without any warnings, needless to say we dont go out there any more. so for now im just taking my old ladies 450 out to barona to ride the track.
  25. if your looking for 90ish HP you will get that out of a 421 ez... thats 68 bore 4mil crank... now you can go bigger but like you already know you need to trench your cases... if you think you might want more later on go with a 10mil. cost wise its the same as a 7. edit: also how fast are u wanting it ready by? if your not in a rush you might wait for the new super cubs.. they dont take all the stock parts like a normal cub but from what i hear they are making alot of improvments over the orignal design.
