How many more G's did you drop on your babe? You kept the original colors & not many like those around here. My bike doesn't even look like it anymore.. Still haven't taken my bike to a shop. I've done the work myself & learned all the how to's here on BHQ. My post is a year old now going back to Pismo with better built bike, ride fater, harder, more airtime I hope!! If you paint the pegs then paint the rear brake pedal & the shifter the same. How about painting the hubs in black? It would really bring out the bling from your polished rims :thumbsup:

I like how Banshee88 rides without rear plastic. I think it looks good. I really want to shave my rears but need some boots first just in case, but I don't know what it would look like being I have an oversized tank :shrug:

And those Tusk products are pretty nice too! I think i like the gray Tusk cap for me!

I've seen Banshee's with the 5 gal Clark tank & the shaved fenders still look better. I run the IMS 4 Gal & don't think it looks bad :shrug: 5 gal is a fair amount of fuel for duner though.. How many miles or hours does that give u?

I just went from stock to vf3's & woof wut a fukn' difference! I never had the 2's but 3's definately do the job.. Washburn: That Sure Shot video is still the shit!!! I just got a burned copy of that Beastie Madison Square Garden Concered where 50 fan cams were edited to make one dvd. They even play live instruents on there! Peep that!!

Hey Ed, I grabbed the K&N's from FAST Jeff with outewears somewhere around $40. One slipped off in Glamis & bought the same K&N again. Now I know better.. Make sure the carb & filter lip is dry & the hose clamp will hold it well. I use carb cleaner on those surfaces, then clamp on when dry. No more problems. I think mine measure 3X5 inches or so.

Yeah.. just keep it. A few motor & suspension mods would make a big difference!!

I think the axle is also stock. it just sits in the shade under the plastic vs the front end exposed to the flash. How about just putting the lower blacks on there?

How much water are talking about? Outerwears help repel water somewhat but wouldn't help if you're hitting pulled WOT. If it was just a bit it should of just sucked thru and the fuel would help it flush out. Are you sure you're not running too rich causing excess smoke?
