Is there a difference between the Ricky Stator & let's say the Pro design timing plate other than one being cast metal & the other being billet? Oh, & the price! Someone is offering me the RS for $25 so think I'm going to grab that. Any reason why I should go with the PD billet one?

Are you going to end up traveling thru the 10 fwy? It's a good long stretch from Cali to Az & man it gets boaring thru that desert drive. Take the 8 fwy entrance thru Yuma so you can cruise thru Glamis :biggrin: Be prepared for the heat, it gets hot there!

I dig that bumper alot & thought about getting it in black but ended up with something diff.

I've seen many bikes with vinyl decal kits that also go on the tank and the tank decal does come tiny holes all over it. I'm pretty sure it's not going to bubble but I don't have experience with it myself.

It looks good, way better over stock black. I like that alot!! I might have to steel your idea & give my covers that flatt blak look!

In one year I got to see this bumper on ebay twice. Both times were bumper owners making the sale not Mighty Bar or another store. I wish it was so I can find the grab bar. Let me know if you ever see it. Thanks.

The hole idea sounds good besides the guns. As said above make the pipe look like guns and add white stars to the gas tank plastic!

Yfz springs seem to be a bit wider but when I backoff all the preload from my yfz shocks the spring is completely loose with no pressure from either end. I have two pics in my sig & they look like the ones on my left [stocks]. Lets see what theshee says.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I too like the idea no one else is running this bumper so I won't give you the details :biggrin: Just kiddin. I actually been looking for this bumper for about a year now. Back then I found this link to this Bumper [also had matching Grab Bar] called Mighty Bar and would sell for $170 ea. Well, it was an old link.. Contact info was out dated & ebay link was dead and pretty much been hunting for it ever since. I've searched ebay many times for it & always came up blank untill a couple weeks ago, it was up for bidding with 12 hours left. No one besides me bid on this thing so I took it for $85 :thumbsup: I did have a problem where the holes didn't line up by a few mm. No biggie, simply reemed out the holes for a good fit. I found Cutting Edge who makes a Grab Bar similiar to the bumper so I'll prob get it sometime in the future. RIS Designs makes a few nice things for the Banshee, their bumpers aren't one of them. They make two & three bar bumpers.. I don't really like them.
