  1. It's the 2nd richest from the E series in 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. You need a chart to check the rest of the needle.
  2. There will be different opinions on how to set them up. We just set our 39s bored to 41s with a .120 dump, DGH needle, #60 pilot & a .101 drilled adjustable power jet. This just a baseline & have not started/tested the set-up yet. My old 35s many years ago. The dumps were drilled @ .125 never did like them that big.
  3. Chain guard, use 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 angle aluminum 1/8" thick. The thickness is NHRA rules. Then you have to make mounting straps like we discussed. For gearing, I forgot to talk about that. The 18/40 is a starting point, but I don't think that's the ideal ratio.
  4. Here's a guy that tried cherry-picking on the other quad with us, the slower one of the 2. He jumped up in line about 10 spots & started talking smack. Angel ended up beating him, but he was closing fast.
  5. Hee...hee, I was tired from a full day on the HQ Circus. This is probably the place your talking about & we took 2 quads there in 08. Our home track is the Strip in Las Vegas, but run quite a few times at Irwindale & a couple at Fontana when it was open. Be prepared the street bike guys try & cherry-pick on the quads. http://www.baronadrags.com/ First thing is, you need to leave in 1st gear. For 1/8 mile racing you will be fine with a 5 speed. You will need a 18 & 19 tooth front sprocket and 40,41,42 rears. That's depending on your primaries & weight. The only tire you need to be concerned with is the 10" rim. A 20x8-10 is what we run, but some run the 20x10-10 & 20.5x10-10. The last 2 tires are way two big IMO & need only be run on the bigger bikes. Tracks out here are going to require chain guards & some other safety items also. I can PM you my cell # or you can PM yours if you wish.
  6. I have a few of them answers, be glad to share them tomorrow.
  7. It takes a lot of work/tuning to get them to 60' & for consistency. It can also be your enemy with both. Switch needs to be adjusted right, rpm settings, clutch set-up, carb set-up changes to name the main things. I probably forgot a couple. If your referring to the high side limiter, that can be used in certain racing situations also; like Index & Bracket.
  8. We have been to the big race once & used it. It worked pretty darn good, but to each their own.
  9. We use it for all types of racing & when tuned well, it works. There's tuning involved with the rev limiter itself & with other areas to make it work well. I will discuss some areas, but not other's.
  10. I don't hate this site, how many times do I have to say it. When I'm working, I spend a few hours about 3 times a week on the site.
  11. It's has been 5-6 years or more, since I've been there.
  12. No I usually don't, can't wait to recover.
  13. Sounds like street racer's, 99.9% talking shit & .1% might actually race. The majority go to the track & race with no BS.
  14. There you go thinking everything is about you. You are the last one to the party waiting on the other's to flush out. You are wrong, my head doesn't need examined. I didn't not predict 70's or 60's, I guess you need your head checked! As for new combinations hitting the sand. We did that with our 443 cub with a 3.90 on it's 2nd pass. I was hoping for a little better results from the DMX. I told the truth good or bad, like I said I would for the 1st 3 passes. I addressed this once in the shout. It's convenient when for most other's to joke, but not convenient for certain people to joke. I have been planning on coming to MI. for a while to race asphalt. I've tried in the past & got rained out. I brought it up for the people who wanted to get together & have a good time. Nothing more, nothing less. The asphalt to sand thread got bumped because someone wanted to see the 7mm Cub videos. I don't know where you got the piss poor performance in the sand. I guess you didn't comprehend the BAKO results. You don't get to the finals in limited 576-650 & semis in limited 651-775 with out doing something right. We actually did very well, but because I don't share all my information. You & other's get butt hurt. Skippy, you are taking time to care! You brought up the clutch tuning thread & that caught your attention. Now that you made it clear you could careless. Let's see if you actually follow up with your words.
  15. 1st, I never share any of our quickest runs with any of our race vehicles. I have shared plenty of information on our stuff. I will not share information that does not belong to me. We ran 16 Ripppers, 14 rippers, 14 extremes with ROs from 80" to 85". If you don't like what I share or don't, not my problem.
  16. Thanks! It sucks doing nothing with a broken dominant wing.
  17. Mean, is that what you call it. I call it being chicken shit, Wannabe Racer's BS & that's being nice.
  18. We will see if they come out of the sewer. At least that's the man way of doing a call out. I will drink & get stupid, but I don't last long.
  19. I'll make this clear for the HQ Ass Clowns/Wannabe Racer's. If you girls don't like the information I give/or don't give. That's your fucking problem, it's as simple as hitting ignore user. Do I think K&T will actually give me their complete blueprint of their record setting bike, NO! The information they do give me, I'm not going to give out. If you can get the information from them, no skin off my back. It's their information to give/not give, not mine. Now, if somebody wants to race this 1st 3 run average of 4.355 DMX. Then grow some balls/man-up & call me out. I have never called anyone out, but I have showed up to a good many when I get call out. It's pretty easy for keyboard racer's to bump their keyboards with their budda belly's & spew shit out of their mouths. It's a different story when they actually have to back the BS up. This isn't directed at one individual, I'm lumping 4 or 5 of you together. Like usual, I have to haul to your backyard's to prove your keyboard BS. Maybe someday, but I doubt it! One of you Wannabe's will bring your BS to me. Yea, right; it hasn't happened yet!
  20. Here's a dark vid of Arlo's bike.
  21. We have a couple, but Angel hasn't sent them to me yet. I'll post them up when I get them.
  22. I'm missing something in the translation? Boricua to death! haha
  23. I have never been, but planning to. Angel is family & Noel is a good friend, they are both boricua!
  24. I don't think he was there, but I don't know.
