I know its normal for snowmobiles to have different size bores. I thought that was odd but thats what the manufactures say is ok to do. But that much of a difference, i would get a new top end. -

i have the stock grill insert, new tie rods(no ends, can look and see if i have ends), black masterlink, do you need the front splitter or a e-brake block off plate, i have both. pm me

i think brake cleen is a different chemical than carb cleaner. carb cleaner definetely isnt as strong. also, some brake cleaners have chlorine in it. so im sure that would affect the cases if it was left on.

i wouldnt use brake cleen. it will eat at the cases. use carb cleaner instead, its made for ferous metals. or best is take it to the car wash and pressure wash it. then once it dries out, spray it down with wd40.

I use a big fat permanent marker to "dye" the wearing nets.

banshee and blaster axle carrier the same?

the carriers are different. but a banshee axle will fit a blaster carrier. Its the overall diameter that is smaller on the blaster. -
you should be able to change the spring out. yamaha had to assemle it somehow???

I have a set that need blasting. I havent had a chance to blast them yet since its so cold. The joints are not bad but not new either. Make offer.

Starts fine when its hot, never checked the level, never have on anything, as long as you dont bend it, its pointless.

starts perfect, 1 kick, tons of compression, brand new cyl, head, and wiseco every year. 2 rides on recent top end. Its gotta be the needle or something in the carb worn out.

tried that, wide open still takes 30 kicks, also tried choke, no choke, closed throttle, half throttle. Nothing seems to work. I think the jet needle may be worn and gets stuck when its turned sideways. I will replace that come spring.
