Hi, I'm making a new engine, 4mm stroker, 5mm long rod crank with fast woods port soon, I'd like to know wich carbs i could run with this set up, can i run my stock carb? Actually they have 310 main jet for my old set up (my signature description). Thank you

Ok I splited my case and I think I can see the problem: I suppose it was time to open my engine anyway look at my right piston... Maybe because I don't let him warm enough at low temperature?? Dont know why this piston is like that... it was still stock bore for now 8 years... going to oversize... Some one know where this rod goes? It came off the engine when I turned this one while washing and don't know at all where it goes:

Hi, I have a problem, I lost my 6th speed while I was riding in the snow... I still have the 1 to 5 speed but the 4th make some weird noises... Can someone tell me what's the problem and tell me how to fix it? Thank you

U could go with a porting but u'll have to get a stronger crank someday with a lot of power... and if you get a stroker long rod you'll have to match your porting and cut domes etc... it's some more $$

maybe a cool head with smaller domes... all depends on wich fuel u want to run...

What about the crankshaft? is it trued/welded? I think high compression on stock crank isn't a nice idea

I flushed rad like 3 times last winter to make some mods... I already use engine ice... my impeller is a billet one... high flow pro design... I run BR8ES spark plugs... I don't know about compression I just didnt want to take a chance... I'd have to make sure there's no detonation... maybe will I try it one day lol... I'll try 310 and 320 main jet soon.

stock bore... what's the bigger size I can go with the stock mikuni carbs? 320?? And I run air box without cover... my pilot and all other jets are stock

It is aprox 68 to 86 Fahrenheit and I run 200-210 and near to 220 when I ride in 6th gear... last summer I was at 160 most of time... Maybe am I too rich? i run 300 main I'm at aprox 1000ft of elevation you can see my mods in my signature... I ran 290 last week and it was heating same as 300... plugs arent oil fouled. shee has lot of power... no miss... I have now no idea... I run 50/50 leaded 110/unleaded 91 octane fuel with 50:1 mix of motul 800 oil I always ran motul800... Someone have an idea ?
