  1. Are all round house bearing carriers the same? ie can i put my 40mm shaft in my stock size axle carrier by just changing bearings & seals? ...All banshee stuff of course

  5. Yep, i tried that no toil brand foam style on the polaris...same thing Everybody's gone to cheap products these days. They would always break down, but a lot quicker now it seems.

  13. Stock radiator should be fine, unless you're idling around with no air flow, or you have other issues

  15. Usually the crack isnt leaking ( usually cracks around the bolts). there is a round piece on the back that has an oring on the o.d. that seals it to the case. You can lean it over to keep oil away & remove white piece & match oring up locally or buy a new cover with oring . they sell billet ones ( you cant see it but they hold up better) did you make sure your vent lines were open?   16. Theres one by water pump & one at rear motor mount. Not saying they're leaking ,but if not venting properly it will build up pressure & cause leaks. if your saver bolts to the 3 bolt ( white kinda triangular) plug by sprocket , it is sealed by an o-ring or could be sprocket seal, or vent/hose by waterpump

  19. I'd say those are safe guess' @sea level i'm safely at 155 with 35's Was @ 340-360 w stock carbs & cpi's, depending on filters

  21. Around crank I Assume. I don't Remember if you could put a speedy sleeve In the area or not . even if it's Not Grooved, it at least will give you a little larger OD and Might seal? Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
