513 is a Wiseco Banshee piston, 573 is a Blaster piston which start at 66mm. If your 4mm is short rod crank it would use 513 pistons. If it is a long rod it would use 795 pistons.
Purging is running the motor on gasoline with the methanol carbs on. I use a portable tank. I mix the ratio 32:1 and you can use 93 octane to purge. Purging is getting the methanol out of the motor so it doesn't rust the inside of your motor. Methanol attracts moisture which is water and water on steel is rust. Rust can damage bearings which in then binds the cranks. Rust can get on steel sleeve cylinders also. When purging don't let the motor idle for too long because it will fill the crank case of gas and be a pain to start next time. Work the throttle up and down the rpm. The carbs you want to be rich. It is best to get someone that know how to tune on methanol to help you because it can be alot of money if you burn it up a few times.
Here is a set of 35 Mikuni carbs bores by K&T performance, boss racing intakes, k&n air filters, outer wears, jets, 280-350 for $450 shipped plus paypal fees if using paypal.
I saw the Athena Cylinders on Ebay and they look just like the Vito's cylinder but with Athena on the side of the cylinder. I bet Athena is making the cylinder for Vito's. This is just my observation of what I see.
The Athena Cylinder
My friend bike had a hard time shifting into third gear. It popped out a couple times. I tore it down and found the shaft has a slight twist to it causing the gear not to slide very smoothly on the shaft.
The clutch adjustment might be adjusted wrong. Take a look at the case to see if the arrow on the actuator lines up with the arror on the case. Where the clutch cable attaches to the actuator that pushes the clutch rod.
My stock cylinder with stock bore stock pistons, no porting, shaved head, stock carbs, timing at +7, shearer inframes, stock gearing ran 8.00 at 79 mph with a wheelie bar and 8.20 with out wheelie bar slipping the clutch. 1/8th mile track.
