  1. I have some 22-11-8 12 paddle extremes single buff on banshee wheels for $265 shipped to lower 48 states.
  2. I seen shaft twist just slightly that it will make it hard to go into that gear. You could barely tell it was twisted until I took the gears off the shaft and it was bad. Sometimes the chain being to tight cab cause the shaft to twist. I run a bearing support on my motors with over rides just in case so there is no side load from the chain.
  3. You might have bent the shaft which I have seen often with allot of power, it might be a bent fork also. Good luck and let us know what happened.
  4. If second gear is broken your going to have to check the shaft for run out. Basically if it is bent beyond Yamaha specs it will have similar problems with breaking gears. The run out limit is .08 mm.
  5. You probably broke second gear which is common if your making some real power. Does it go into fourth gear? The fork the pushes the engagement gear into 2nd also pushes the engagement gear the opposite way to go in to fourth.

  8. No. Make sure you have the pistons for the bore size with the boxes because they have the clearances written on the box.
  9. Check the jetting in the carbs.

  11. I will clean the motor up before it is shipped out.
  12. If you have a stock transmission, I will swap it out for free and ship the motor to you. I just don't have a stock transmission to put it in.
  13. It has a stock stroke crank with 2-5 over ride transmission with 1st gear but not over ridden not sure on the bore but I think I see 513M06600 on the piston. It has some port work but I have no idea what kind of porting. It has a cool head and has 165lbs of cranking compression. No stator or flywheel but has clutch side complete with kick start lever. $650 Plus shipping within the lower 48 states. I got it with a bike I traded. It runs good but have a stroker that I run in that chassis. Thanks Matthew
  14. I have a stock stroke motor with some port work that came in a bike I bought not sure on bore, has a cool head. It is complete minus reeds, intake and ignition. It has 165 lbs of compression and I sell it for $650 plus shipping. It has a 2-5 over ride. First gear is not cut to be over ridden but it is functional.
  15. I use the silicone a few times when I ran out of Three Bond 1211 or 1194. Let the silicone dry for at least 24 hours.

  18. You are correct they are very tight fit to get the two pipes to line up and the two pipes due touch. Mat Shearer has redesigned the way the drag pipes fit. He is redesigning the inframes as well for more clearance. The performance of the pipes speaks for its self.
  19. Yes you can get a steel sleeve nikasiled.
  20. With that much compression with 93 octane you could burn a hole in the top of the piston. I run race fuel and methanol with 180 psi compression. It also depends on the ignition timing also.
