  1. You can get the intake part of the carburetor turned down to fit into the intake. Packard did that to my 44 lectron before he sent it to me.
  2. First thing is to put a temperature gauge on the return so you exactly how hot it is getting. It could be a o-ring in the cool head. Did you torque the head down in the sequence in three steps? It could be a couple of things.
  3. Those are 38 air strikers. Keihin did not make 39 air strikers. Still a great price for a set of Keihin carbs!!
  4. Why don't you offer a shorter axle than the 30"?
  5. Take it to a very good welder and have them fix it. I would not mix and match cases up.
  6. Click link to see fight Lesner vs Carwin
  7. Pro Wedges work better. Honda part #08620-95800AT Click link Pro Wedges Discount Sight
  8. For the pair? What is your pay pal if its for the pair?
  9. Brock just got the shat beat out of him in the 1st round!!! Brock submitted Carwin in 2nd round!! OMFG
  10. Go to this link http://www.pentonimports.com/install.htm You will need this dail indicator fro JJ&A web sight. http://www.jjandaracing.com/contents/en-us/d7.html
  11. YES. Run the BR8ES or BR9ES. BR7ES could lead to a hole in the top of the piston.
  12. Try this link. I use Fire Fox also. http://americanracertires.com/index.php
  13. WSM makes a stroker piston for the long rod cranks. Tony Dukas Racing sells them. You need to measure the piston pin height and compare it to a stock piston. The 4mm short rod crank is only made by Vito's and everyone else crank is a long rod 4mm stroker. The short rod crank you can use stock style Wiseco 513M0XXXX size piston or a WSM piston. With a long rod you need to use a shorter piston like a Wiseco 795M0XXXX. I hope this helps a little bit. TDR Part numbers WSM stroker piston (long rod) # 16-5790 WSM stock style piston (short rod) # 16-5788
  14. Mat uses this pipe on a turbo bike he has. This pipe also out performs the dyno port pipe that a lot of guy like. This two into one pipe is no way a drag pipe. Mat says it puts out more torque and horse power and 1000 rpm higher. Mat said it more for trail riders.
  15. I don't like Vitos kit because it uses stock steels. This clutch kit uses street bike fibers and barnet steels. It is a very good kit but cheaper than the F.A.S.T. clutch kit. F.A.S.T. sells a great clutch kit also. Click link! Clutch Kit
  16. When you get it ported and better pipes with the 4mm stroker say good bye to a cheap clutch! LOL That EBC clutch would not last one weekend on my motors.
  17. I don't like the ebc clutch. They tend to slip easy. Spend a little more money and get a Driveline Performance Clutch. They are street bike fibers with barnett steels with toomey like springs. They hold some real power.
  18. With the clutch pressure plate bolted up tight you take your hand and push the lever on top off the case to see if the lever will line up with the arrow on top of the case. You just need to take the slack out of the cable and the arrows should line up. If they don't line up then you need to adjust the clutch center screw with the jam nut till they line up. If you have heavy duty stiff clutch springs, then I would line the lever 1/8th to 1/4 inch before the arrow.
  19. From Sudco Web sight. Keihin PWK & PWK Air Striker The Keihin PWK "Air Striker" Motocross racing carburetor is refined to perfection and has set the standard among motocross racing carburetors. With it's new features the PWK will continue to be the first choice in performance carbs for your 125, 250, Enduro or ATV. PWK Air Striker Carbs are available in two popular sizes to cover all your horsepower requirements.
  20. It is a PWK Air striker carburetor. It has vents on the top of the carburetor. It is supposed to eliminate the bog in motor cross bikes after a jump. They work good on any two stroke motor. I have the exact same carburetor on my TRX250R.
  21. I must say that is not a 39 pwk. Keihin never made a 39 air striker carburetor. It is a 38 air striker. Just to be honest so the buyer gets exactly what your selling.
  22. They are 35mm Mikuni carbs not Keihins sorry! I can do $225 shipped with no jets just carbs!
