  1. alright... took it 1/4 out... kicked it... let it warm up... took it out... spit and sputtered... fell on its face... then power died... and i thought, oh shit. stupid me. i forgot to change my plugs after my heat cycles and such... swapped plugs... shee rips so hard now. thanks boys
  2. i looked at the air screws... they were 1.5 out... so i turned them to 1/4 out... ill kick it over in a few minutes... and now im seriously thinking about some pod filters.. i moved the airbox back and the uup boots dont quite reach and its rigged pretty badly... and im tired of pissing with it.
  3. well i took it out for a little rip... nothing major... just in 1-2-3 gears... in a snowy parking lot... it seemed to sputter until about 1/4+throttle then it would just rip and launch and roost like nuts....
  4. actually in neutral it hangs a bit before it comes down.... whats that telling ya? air leak i bet. i hope not. jeff said i should try these jets/needle... but he seemed kinda rushed at the shop when i talked to him... but it seems to idle just fine.... except that neutral hang when i rev it though...
  5. up to the top for my sister... if you are like me and ususlly to lazy to click links... theses are white Fly Talon mx boots... they have a bootie inside so even though they are called a size 9, they are actually made small, so they fit size 8... she tried them on and they didnt fit her... so someone make an offer? just wing something out there... they retail for 260, but she doesnt even want half that...
  6. alright hey boys, you dialed in my old setup.... how bout this one... trinity iv pipes 4mil longrod stroker w all the internal mods... noss head 20cc's +4 timing airbox, k&n no lid 33mm pwks v3's f.a.s.t. dune/play port i have 55 pilots in, and 165 mains... CGL needle on the middle clip... seems to piss and sputter til about mid power..... so that makes me wonder if the pilot is too fat... seems like thats the case, like its drinking too much on the bottom... my alt. is 1200-1400ft the temp is about 20* outside right now... any suggestions?

  9. alright... here is what ive got.. they are all the little lines that use the bottle. i know, i know, just get rid of it all together, but ill give it a shot.... where do these go... help please.... the coolant line from the waterpump.... the bottom line from the bottle.... the top line from the bottle hangs free if im not mistaken? the line from the cap of the radiatior.... the little nipple on the back fo the case... which hook up to the T and which go where? thanks in advance, im sure someone has their shee handy...

  11. you know how when you adjust your clutch with that arrow on the case? well here is how mine is set.. ios this right? i set the little arrow a bit, if even at all behind the arrow(towards the flywheel) so the lever had abit of freeplay... (i locked the nut on the clutch with them lined up though) ...and when i pull my lever, the adjustment thing on the case only moves about an inch away... is that enough? or should the arrows be EXACT when the hand lever is set back (not squeezed at all)?
  12. but doesnt that inner hub spin by itself inside the big clutch basket? so stopping the gears wouldnt do much would it? i got that primary gear nut torqued with a home made tool.... but the clutch nut??
  13. hey, im getting my motor together today, i had a hold up over the weekend... anyways, im to the nut on the clutch... how do i get that torqued to 66ftlbs with out buying that special clutch holding tool????? anyway?? if so, could i get a pic? thanks guys

  17. well im building my 4mil tomorrow as long as my crank gets here from the shop then... i have all my pieces staring at me on the table so if you need anything, let me know...
  18. get custom domes made. that spacer plate will give you another spot that could leak, which would blow your motor... what are you looking to do with that motor? drag race? trail ride? yeh, you'll need the jugs ported to accomidate the crank, and you'll need the 795 pistons wiseco sells for it too...

  22. i didnt mean adjust as much as i meant change the clutch plates and such... but idk if you can do that through that little window anyways?? i take it that clutch cover is a differnet style that the stock... the stock cant be modded im guessing
  23. can i get my side case cover with that quick change/access window without spending the money on the lockup clutch i probably dont need yet? i just really like the clear window and the ease of just taking that off to service little adjustment things... any idea how to get one of these w/o buying the lockup with it?

  25. so klotz is trying to trick us huh... sure sure dave must just be off his rocker.... :woot: hahahaha just kidding man... i was just stating what i saw on the bottle... but im sure they cant get too specific or the damn sticker on the bottle would never end... i use methanol at work and we have it by the 55gal drums here... shit. maybe i should just run a meth shee... ride for free..
