  1. i have trinity IV pipes, clamp on K&N in box with snorkle removed, boysen superstock reeds, annnd im at 1200-1400ft. 60-70* temps. right now i have 290mains in and when i pull the choke, when its hot, it doesnt spit and shit at all. it runs fine... and when its cold its a bitch to start.. what should my jetting be? richer?
  2. well its just that... power surging... likkkkeeee it comes on and pulls hard then bogs a bit and hits again.....
  3. alright, from what i can tell, most of the spitting down low disappeared since i have had the screw turned out a turn and i took the box lid completely off... so now im just having this surging with the top end... maybe i should put some 280 mains in? ill try putting the needle back to 3rd clip and stock pilots in, and ill get a plug chop either tonight or tomorrow
  4. so far all ive done is adjusted the airscrew so its only 1 turn out and my bike seems to be 'surging' on top end.. whats the deal?

  6. well, i have trinity stage IV pipes, a k&n in airbox, and boysen super stock pedals, my jetting is 300mains, needle 4th clip down, 2 turns out on screw and 27.5 pilots... my shee seems to spit and sputter til power hits hard after like 1/4 throttle, maybe closer to 1/2... my elevation is at 12-1400ft, 80* temps... do i just need a bigger pilot to solve this?

  10. you know, come to think about it, i didnt adjust my air screw... i was told 2 turns out.... isnt stock set to 2 turns out? or do they mean, 2 additional turns out?

  13. i just jetted my bike and it runs great on top... pulls hard, but down low, you can lug around, then itll spit a bit and take off... would these plugs clean that up? my jetting for my trinity IV pipes and no box lid w k&n are: 300mains, 27.5 pilots, needle 4th clip... elevation 12-1400ft, 80*

  15. yeh, im pretty sure these trinity IV's hit hard mid/upper range, so id imagine the flywheel gettin lightned would be a good idea too

  19. alright, i got some trinity stage IV pipes, boyesen super stock pedals and a k&n stock airbox, clamp on deal.... im gonna get my flywheel lightned... i was wondering if this will get back some of that bottom end taht the trinity's seem to have taken away?? my jetting isnt near what it should be, but im still sure ive lost some on the bottom... seems to have more "lag" before the snap and i ride a lot of trails and need it to hit a bit sooner... what would be the investment i need? just the lightened flywheel? or wont that do much?

  21. so what would happen if you left the stock jetting in the carb and just bolted on some pipes? would it run lean? or would it just not be making the power that it could with extreme jetting? would it hurt anything if you left the stock jets mains, pilots, and didnt move the needle? dont worry, im getting my jets wednsday but i was wondering if it would hurt anything to run stock with pipes?
  22. they are gone. can i use rtv sealent? or just any orings that squeeze in there? or do i have to call trinity?
  23. i just got my trinity stage IV exhaust off ebay and i was wondering if i need clamps for them? i heard that someone said i wont need clamps with these pipes, but it looks like i would? eh?
  24. im looking to get my flywheel lightned asap but idk where he went? ive sent him pms and everything? anyone know? maybe im just to damn impatient... anyone else do awesome flywheel work?
