  1. Isn't that nice. You dont have the option to add insurance, but when the package gets lost they claim you didnt pay for insurance. When more than likly you end up overpaying for shipping any way. Nothing like playing 12-15 bucks for shipping. Then the package shows up in a $4.95 flat rate box or envelope.

  3. Because it is all about quality. You don't get a first run quality forgings for bottom dollar price.
  4. What did they use a hammer and chisel to remove the cylinder head. They kind of looked banged up on the head sealing surface.

  8. I guess would actually want an upgrade if I was going to buy some new shocks. I dont see where it said they were made in japan. Most things that are cheap come out of 3rd world Asia. Nothing like a down grade with less suspension travel. They might be a cheap alertnative to marvin shaws for running down a groomed track.

  10. I think I will stick with brands that are known. Pretty soon you will be able to build your very own low quality, but flashy looking banshee out of Taiwaneese / Chineese parts.

  14. I have one on my raptor. I bought it the same time as the shock so I couldnt tell you how good the linkage is. I dont see why you would NOT want to increse wheel travel from 8in to 11?
  15. Yea but that responce that I quoted is why it is fun. Let them know they just got beat by a utility quad with no racks.
  16. Two steps forward by doing the exhaust, and one step back by opening up the transfers to far. That is neat how you opened the ports up past the bottom of the skirt. That does nothing for flow other than reduce it. Lower velocity will allow fuel to fall out of the air streem as well.
  17. If you make the ports to big you can hurt flow too. Large port with a low velocity. Do what ever you want to.
  18. Sorry I should say that IF you NEED a spark arrest pipe go for the fmf's with turbine core II's. If you don't need a sparkarrestor the pc's toomey's paul turner's, fmf's are all good pipes. FMF just has pretty good spark arrested silencers that do not have screens to plug up.
  19. Hell just build the teeth back up with a welder and call it good.
  20. Yea you need the set. I dont even know if any aftermarket silencers fit OEM expansion chambers. Get a matching set. That way the silencers and pipes fit right. If you need a spark arrestor where you ride at I would look at FMF pipes with turbine core 2 silencers.

  22. The igniton and cdi gets electricity from a different wiring circuit. Your stator has 2 circuits. The igniton stator coils (square white plug). The lighting circuit is the yellow and back wires with the bullit conectors. That is why your banshee will run with out them pluged in.
  23. Yep porting a 2 stroke isnt just about incresing flow like a 4 stroke head. They make the ports larger. This makes the ports open sooner. Porting a 2 stroke is like putting performance cam in a 4 stroke. You changine when the exhaust goes out and the fresh fuel and air come in. I woudn't try welding up a cam and regrinding it so I wouldn't try doing a 2 stroke port job.
  24. I dont know man. I like 3 out the same side. Just use the 3rd one for looks. That bling is worth quite a bit more hp.
