  1. +2 bare finish extended swingarm, or +4 blemished ext. arm.
  2. You just changed my mind, I'm going with those instead of the reg. design.. ( I've got a long way to go building these bikes before I get to that point..)
  3. That's an awful small rear rim.... LOL Post some pics when they get there, I'm needing some new tires/rims also.
  4. I believe alot of that stuff is only available as OEM... I may be wrong though...
  5. I'm going to run the plastic/derlin units on my quads, at least they will chew up and give a bit as the metal ones won't (IMO)
  6. How do you guys like solid struts to be built?? Aluminum? DOM? Round stock? Gonna build a few sets to sell off and a set for myself.... Hiems with left hand/right hand threads so they can be adjusted while mounted. Just trying to figure out what material to use... Leaning toward 6061..
  7. Dude, anytime you need something like that, PM me... I'm a dealer, and just looked at the cost of slides for that bike, you got raped..
  8. Oh shit does that bring back some memories...
  9. Just to clarify this, Lee and I traded some parts on the 11th. Both of us sent them on the 12th. Delivery confermation numbers were exchanged through PM's later that day. Today I recieved this from him in 1 of 3 PM's, BHQ shoutbox, and this thread ... Label/Receipt Number: 0306 3030 0002 9802 6099 Status: Acceptance Your item was accepted at 4:11 PM on April 12, 2007 in RED LION, PA 17356. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. "from us mail web site this is mail fraud hope it was a mistake" Now I understand mistakes happen, he interpreted the USPS site wrong. The label states that the package was accepted for shipping from my address (17356) and is on it's way to him. About an hour later he wrote back and explained that he misunderstood the info. (Lee, this is not an attack or insult toward you) I just wanted to clear this up as tons of people read these threads........ This is one of the biggest reasons I put my phone number in the ads, and in my sig, so people don't jump the gun... Thanks, Scott

    yfz swingarm

In stock form, no. Anything can be done with time and modification though. You would be better off just buying one made for the Banshee, unless you have a mill, lathe, and TIG welder and just want to see if you can do it...
  11. 6k was adding everything together, machine, materials, fittings, min order etc... I may take you up on that.... Got the MSC book 2 feet away, was looking at it today.. Thanks, Scott
  12. Yes, I have located a press, Manual is deff. out, Air is also out biengs that my compressor is in storage 400 miles away, so that leaves the electric model.. Going to go with Weatherhead. -3 line requires special tooling also. The problem is the materials. Those banjo's are hell to find, and the company I found wants a very large initial order to get any type of discount. Same with the hose... I refuse to send my buisness to China, so that just drives the cost up even further. Looking at a 6k investment even before one hose is produced, and right now that's alot of coin to me.. Say I get $20 profit per set after Paypal and shipping, that means over 300 sets before I even see a dime.
  13. When you decide, let me know and I'll fix you up with one..
  14. Dealing with some relative from Austraila that I've never met before.... And my pop trying to impress everyone. ::
  15. Located all the materials, looks like $85 for all 3. That's Steel braided line with a clear jacket, and two seperate lines for the front. Anything over +6 for the rear would be $5 more. I'm almost second guessing it, the minumum orders and machine prices are WAY high, I'd have to sell the crap out of them...
  16. All that is needed is 2 extra crush washers and a longer banjo bolt.
  17. Can do a "T" fitting, or just run two lines for the front...
  18. How does everybody feel about that distribution block up front? Ditch it or keep it?? Those were the first to go when upgrading on track bikes (street).
  19. Damn these fittings are hard to find... Depending on material cost, they will probably be around $75 for front and back, that's about 30 dollars less than the norm.
  20. Probably just steel braid with a clear jacket, and smoked jacket to start..

    Banshee Frame

Small shot of WD-40 and some duct tape will fix that right up..
