Just putting this out there and wanted to respond with the fact that after all the wife BS and moving homes and shop that things are looking up finally... Plan on hitting the ground running with new improved product and nice discounts for the HQ crowd. After permit issues, zoning issues, and electric problems, they have all been sorted now and I've finally got things under controll with the new shop... Over 3k square feet It took 3 people, a forklift (hired) and two days to move everything, I never knew that there was so much stuff. After 9 months, I'm finally on a stable train... Whew, what a ride. In addition to the shop here, I have two rooms, one for an office with high speed internet, and one for assembling streetbike electric items. Chrome shop is on the other side of the wall. Thanks everybody..

Had a couple requests for pipes, The owner told me that he simply could not compromise the integrety of the solutions in the tanks. So used or run are out, sorry. Carbon is bad I guess... Even asked if they could be pluged on both sides, still nope. Got 3 pairs of streetbike pegs and brackets back today, they are perfect... All they do is tripple plate show quality.

I will voice my opinion on this issue now.. There is a couple reasons this refund has not been issued. None of them have to do with any "bullshit" First, I have talked with him mabye 3 times now. I have made it clear that I do require some sort of transaction # or some shred of any type of reciept. I have also spent 4-5 hours combing my records/ Paypal/ ship logs, labels printed, etc with absolutly no results turning up for the last name or zip code. First it was a year (now why I have never recieved any form of comunication during that time, I don't know..) Then 16 months.. Now 18 months.. I have never stated that I will not refund, I have simply exausted my records with no proof. I also had a relative search the same records with the same results. Per our last conversation, I stated that some sort of documentation needs to be produced. Put yourself in my shoes for a minute and run this senario.. There are alot of members here who have dealt with me, and I am sure they would state that I am not stealing or running anything shady. The only thing I have asked for is some shred of proof. I cannot just start handing out hundreds of dollars with absolutly no record of a sale from almost 2 years ago... I have been very curtious and polite on the phone and have spent hours trying to resolve this. I have asked him to contact PP and have them go back further, or contact the bank or CC for his records. I am not calling him a liar, or dishonest, but as a buisness, I have to have some sort of securety measures in place, and this senario is throwing red flags everywhere.. Thank you for directing me to that thread. I have not been on HQ in some time. I do not stiff anyone or run a shady buisness in any way shape or form. Also, I do not accept payment for any product that is not in my personal posession. I have my phone number in all posts to prevent this type of problem occuring, unfortunatly with dealing with hundreds of people, I have found that a minute few would rather type 10 threads or blast my company rather than just pushing 10 numbers on the phone... Not saying that he is one of them, but that has been my experience... I'm into the 00 for 2700 Bought the 92 for 1600 Have 7-900 in extras that I bought, plus a 300 topend. You never get back what you put in, so I'm thinking a utility quad in the 4-5 k range is in order. Have 1k to do the right deal... Thanks, Scott
