  1. Looks good... I can see that it's a CFM arm, thanks for the buisness. The factory guides are junk, especially when they are worn out. The best route is to go with an aftermarket unit. Any mounting questions, I'm availabe 24 hours a day. 717-600-9377 Thanks, Scott
  2. I don't go all out, but do stop and see every cave deal I come across... Really cool to go and see natural stuff that's thousands of years old..
  3. He's a mafia hitman with a soft spot for Banshee's... Great guy from what I hear. Give him a call. Plenty of people here will vouch for him...
  4. You just wait young fella..... You're on the fisrt lap of a long race... I'm 31 in 6 days. Just don't go driving when boozing, in 10 years you will look back at 20's as the best years remembered. If you're down and out, call me and we'll swap stories and have a good laugh. 717-600-9377 24hrs a day. You haven't even brought your first stripper home yet  You'll do just fine.. keep the head up and look to the future, not the past.
  5. I've got some that are going in the trash tomorrow..... Let me know if you want them..
  6. FMF Fatties with scilencers.... 275 shipped..
  7. DOTD, Sorry boss, I've got like 40 something PM's in there. I read that you had modified it so I skiped over it... Would you like me to send a new chain guide for the inconvience??? And yes, there was about 20 of those brackets drilled .125 off.... though I caught them all before welding... Had a couple others, but I modified new guides and mounted/threw them in for free since they had already been coated. Let me know, thanks
  8. 3 different colors in the 4 inch available..
  9. Yes, I have a bunch left... just give me a call 717-600-9377 Thanks
  10. I've got every size except 6 in black... 129 plus shipping. Let me know...
  11. The angle grinder with a 1/8 cut-off wheel would be good. Then follow up with some 4 1/2 flap wheels in various grits to get the finished product. Both can run on the angle grinder, and total material cost would be $10 or less... Don't forget the 1.99 saftey glasses when you pick up the wheels...
  12. + 1
  13. Just depends on what you have toolwise... Just take your time, and drink the beer AFTER the cuts, not before..
  14. Just don't have time for it anymore :verymad: Trying to get all my stuff out of this house in 30 when the lease is up.. 92 Banshee, Hot rods crank, 30 over Powder chrome jugs, FMF pipes, Brand new P/C (silvervein) frame/swingarm (you choose length) along with all new seals/bearings/linkage bushings. Most other parts coated, has TAG fat bars, AC bumper. I've tried to hold out on selling it, but it's and my time is up.... Really want to sell as a roller, you finish it up. All the parts are here. It's got 1 front rim bent, and I would replace the axle cause I damaged the threads removing it $1500 Located in zip 28655
  15. I'd love to be the guy digging that hole in a big ass machine making union pay..... And the contract for 20-50 years, with a 5k/yr fee for putting it on your land... Heck, If I had 400-500 acres I'd be retired.
  16. It sucks to be caught in the middle, I know... Personally, I would call and talk with a detective at a local PD, Just let him know what's going on. Then, the guy holding the quad gets "Certified letter return reciept required" With a 24-48 hour limit to return it or pay for it. Utherwise I'll come get it at the 48hrs with the cops if needed. If it goes "missing" well Det. smith at the PD already knows that's BS, and then you have all the info to get the police involved Cover both sides.... Don't worry, you'll get it back
  17. Ahhh. reminds me of the day a coater gave me back my spindles 100% coated...Threads, races, everything... A tap is the only way to go here.. If you wanted to, file the very inside of the edges with a small file. That way when the tap goes in, there will/should be no "chip" on the exposed areas.
  18. What's RS's number? I'm sure this could be solved by letting them know.. They make stators for tons of quads, this could be something they are totally unaware of.. I love getting calls on how I can improve my products.. They may too..
  19. The forgotten question.... "what you like to do with it...?) Before looking at welder, know what you want it to do... 1/8th plate? Weld Banshee frames or car frames?? Aluminum, Ti? Stainless? I've got 3 Millers. 2 MIG's and one TIG Personally I would buy no other brand. Don't look new, www.millerwelds.com has a forum with all sorts of people, just like here... And a classified section..
  20. Location.... Well I grew up in 717..... York, Lancaster, Harrisburg PA. Damn if I diden't just buy a second one, I'd take a look at it...
  21. Dat dem der looks like one fine sled... Always wanted one myself, but we get 2-3 inches here over the whole winter.... Hell, it was 72 today...
  22. Not too much more meat there on the walls....
  23. Take some pics and post them up before anything.. The stock arms are not adjustable, so there is something wrong there.
  24. Many reasons why it could have done that... The odd part is that it happned so suddenly. If I had to guess, Catastrophic bearing failure, meaning one or both blew apart and sent so much material jammed into the bearings that they seized. If the shop said they can fix it, then they know what's up. There's a big difference with working in the driveway with a 3/8 ratchet as opposed to a heavy duty impact gun and multiple ton press.. You'll probably get it back cleaned/greased up with new bearings and seals. Good as new. I've got a spare set of the left side arms if you are looking to get that fixed..
  25. Almost anything can be fixed... If you're sure it's the bearings, just get a re-build kit off e-bay for like 25 dollars. The real bitch is going to be getting the axle out of the carrier. If it won't even turn, you are deffinatly going to have to have/use a press.
