  1. You want these. Trail tech link
  2. Carb slides in backwards, choke crossover tube? (With stock Carbs) It doesn't need cleared out, its obvious if you just did work then either you installed something incorrectly, or you didn't hook something up. Always the case about 99% of the time.
  3. Im confused, I looked at it and she must have revised the auction cause I dont see anything about $16k?
  4. what size are the tires?
  5. If anything, a cracked reed will allow the bike to make more compression based on the fact that air would be allowed to readily enter the bike alot easier. If the reed is cracked, it will cause the bike to be harder to start.
  6. Sounds good for a start point to me.
  7. Just order them direct from trail tech.
  8. As far as I know you cant have a gek, cause they dont exist. Are you sure its not an egk? That main and pilot sounds too big. My friends ass ripping 4 mill runs a 205 main, dek needle, and 50 pilot jet. I think he is going to be coming down some sizes after I tune it on Labor day.
  9. I cant believe he just said that. Did you know they still make the banshee, its being sold in Canada and Europe in 2008 still. They are not making a 4 stroke banshee.
  10. I run a single pwk 35mm carb and I only run a 38 pilot jet in it.
  11. Its not as common as you would think, but most of those fuel screw carbs are 4 stroke units with accelerator pumps in them.
  12. I got these up for sale on ebay. Snopczynski Racing ebay link
  13. is it lean and bogging down and being unresponsive, or is it rich and blubbery.
  14. EEK or dek needle in middle clip position. 190 main jet. 48 pilot jet, 2 turns out on the air screw.
  15. Main opens at 7/8-full throttle. So thats gonna be your needle more than anything. What the hell is a oko?
  16. I have ran 10w30, atf, royal purple gear oil, belray gear saver, golden spectro trans oil, and maxima mtl 75w, 80w, and 85w trans oil in my Banshee. Only one I recommend, and would use is Maxima MTL 85w endurance fluid. Other than that my trans has hit false neutrals off the bat, or the oil doesn't seem to last longer than 4 hours then it hits false neutrals. Or while running those other oils I have majorly overheated a clutch and or blown up a set of frictions. I do have to change my oil after 2 weekends of riding, but other than that it works awesome.
  17. sounds to me like you need to adjust the needles.
  18. Rocky mountain carries Duro asphaly racing tires now. We need to know what tire size your running to recommend a gearing change.
  19. Stock tires? Is that what you meant by stocks? I can remember the stock tire size.
  20. the tell tale way to absolutely tell and get a good pic is to take a picture of the transfer walls on the bottom. They are usually knifed if they are ported.
  21. cascade can add foam to a seat also.
  22. There was never a production 4 stroke banshee, did you mean 4 mm stroked banshee?
  23. Well on stock carbs, it lets in more or less air, hence "Air Screw". So screwing it in decreases the amount of air at idle, screwing it out increases the amount of air at idle. It does this on 95% off small engine carbs. I think there are a few carb types that increase or decrease fuel via the screws on some snowmobiles and watercraft.
  24. So your doing the basket, the clutch steels, and the clutch friction plates? You may want slightly stiffer springs. I am not a big fan of the shift star, so no, I myself wouldn't do it.
  25. Stroker can be in a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke motor. Basically you move the rod pin on the crank flyweights to increase stroke. They dont sound any different than a stock stroked motor, so the video would be pointless unless you wanted to see how fast they are.
