  2. I would never put anything but Maxima MTL 85w endurance fluid in my bike. I order it through rocky mountain when I buy 2 stroke sauce also (castor 927). Saves me money over the dealer even with the shipping.

  4. I don't know what the t6 revs too. The pc pipes peak at about 8600 rpm or so. Often times I find that building a midrange monster motor is a lot funner to ride, and they do damn decent for the occasional drag race for fun. Kind of like how the old Mickey Thompson champs Doug eichner and Gary denton would show up at oldsmobile hill and whoop on all the 250r's and ported banshees with MX built motors. I ride a low-mid built bike in the sand and it does great everywhere. It can even hold its own in a drag race or two.
  5. What are you using it for? Cases, Gaskets, side cover, which one?
  6. There should be 4 gaskets total. Whats the float height set at?
  7. If you cant get the screw to adjust enough, your supposed to change out the pilot jet. How many gaskets do you have installed on the intake? This sounds like a possible air leak between the motor and the carb.
  8. If it runs with the choke on, then its too lean. What needle is in it? What air screw setting, needle clip position?
  9. The pro circuits may not have more topend, but they will get you out of the hole alot quicker and accelerate faster than most other pipes out there (my opinion from testing and having a set). What type of riding do you do?
  10. So no spark? There is no test for checking voltage to the cdi, just ohms. If it ran when you took it apart, you did something wrong putting it back together. Double check all the connections and installation.

  12. If trinity was worth a damn, everyone wouldn't hate them. The slot on the timing plate is about 1.25" long and only adjust out 10 degrees. On a standard timing plate that adjusts off the mount, the slot is like 1.25" long and adjust 20 degrees total. The closer you are to the center of the flywheel, the less slot distance you need to adjust for more timing. So use a regular plate. If you get a standard adj plate you dont even have to take the flywheel off to adjust it after you initially install it.
  13. How far are you going to move it? To get 4 degrees out of the pickup, it wont even be close to bolting up back on the screw holes that are there. I would guess you might get 1.5 degrees out of it. Its not worth mangling the steel for mounting the pickup though.

  15. We just dynoed another 7mill 460cc cheetah motor and it made more power again with pro circuits over pt mids. In my opinion the pro circuit is the pipe to have for low end, it made about 5 more hp and had a broader torque curve than the paul turners. Other things to do is bring up the compression, new reeds, advance timing, adjust and fine tune the jetting, and have porting done. Lightning the flywheel will make it rev a little quicker also.

  18. I haven't really "talked shit". We had an apparent argument over something you said about a pipe that you were wrong about. You felt like cussing and calling me names, this made you look like an idiot. Then you proceeded to call me names, said I had a big nose and said I was gay. Which the big nose thing you already knew wasn't true because you stalked me on myspace and know what I look like. The gay thing you know isn't true because you yourself admitted I had a "GURL" who was prime for deepthroat. So basically your the only one talking shit. I have just been pointing out the things that are making you look like an idiot as you go. So whenever your done being a tool here, and want to just go away and leave this forum, you will obviously not hear from me again. Its too bad you feel like you have to try and degrate people to make yourself feel like a man. I dont need to say those things because I am pretty comfortable with my man hood. :biggrin: So the big nose thing, is it just that you forgot what I look like? Or, have you had some bad dealings with big nosed polish people? Cause the dumb polock jokes I am familar with, but the big nose thing is a new one. I will have to add that to my book of majorly insulting and degrating things "US" people could be called. Keeping in mind of course, it came from someone on the cutting edge of technology, with a turbo system and state of the art fuel injection knowledge. Oh, but cant tune a set of 28mm carbs and has the idea that his pipe has a redline 2k rpm off from what it actually is. :biggrin: See that, I didn't have to cuss or tell you your where gay, and I pointed out how you like look an idiot all at the same time because of the way you acted. :biggrin:

  23. I talked to Rich at Dynoport today, he said redline on the pipe is 8,600-8,700 rpm. That graph is one of 26 that I have, so it was sampled all over the place and had tons of time on the dyno, we know where it operates. The graph sample got moved down into the power making and working range of the pipe. Only thing I am interested in is making sure that people who search out this pipe on the forum, have the right information when they find this thread. Have a nice day! :biggrin:
  24. Holy shit your an idiot. Yes you know often times I run a bike on the dyno just so I can see one range of where it made power! NOT! Thats it, thats all the hp there was, like I said, YOU could tell that by looking at the chart if you knew anything about a Dyno. Obviously you dont. SO, I will tell you again. The hp line flatened out, and the torque curve fell off. Bike was done. The dyno has been run higher, with same results. But hey, no sense in sampling a range that doesn't make power. The dynoport pipe is a mid pipe that falls off well before 9k rpm. I dont know why I even respond to the post's you make, you always make yourself look like an idiot, and you somehow seem to never even comprehend that. Its like you make an excuse as to how you may have made a mistake and thats how it felt, then retract the admission of guilt and threaten to put a tach on and strap on a helmet cam to prove me wrong.
