  1. That's exactly the same problem I've been having with my new 35mm carb. I've messed with the air and idle screws and made it slightly better, but it still only runs like it should with the choke on.
  2. There's a gasket on each side where the intake meets the reed cages and two more were used as replacements when I pulled the reeds to check them. That's how the instructions that came from Trinity said to do it, but should it be different? I haven't messed with the idle screw at all, I'll take a look at it tomorrow.
  3. The carb came with the DEK needle. I've got the air screw at 1.5 turns and the clip is in the middle notch, thats how it was set up when i got it.
  4. Hey everyone, I just installed a new 35mm CV Carb from Trinity Racing and I'm having some problems. The shee runs fine with the choke on, but as soon as its off, its bogs and dies. The carb has a 190 main and 52 pilot jet. My only mods are T5 pipes and Boyeson reeds with airbox removed running K&N pod filter. I'm new to do-it-yourself mods, so any help is greatly appreciated. Also, I'm right around sea level, if that helps.
