  1. just took .030 off mine .nice mod for little money being i work in a machine shop and done it my self
  2. ok the coolant is coming from the overflow tube were it runs up under the handle bars in front of the tank coming from the bottle there is one going to it from the radiator and one coming from it .but like you said it seems to be buiding up preasure .i took the radiator out and had it checked no leaks.what i cant figure out is why its coming from the over flow tube and the over flow bottle is only half full but when i check the radiator its a couple inches low.im confused too seems it would fill the bottle before it runs out the over flow tube .it only does this when i stop or right after i shut it off .i got the head from a guy on this site and was told it was i good working order from a running bike i checked to make sure it was flat it seemed ok to mee but i never checked it with a feeler guage to see if it was warped .it acts like thats whats wrong.loosing coolant and preasurizing the system .so when i shut it off or stop it pushes the preasure out the over flow
  3. i put a decked head and advanced my timming and now it spit coolant from the over flow.but whats wierd is it doesnt fill the over flow bottle up .i ride on a track and it does it drag racing and it doesnt.my over flow bottle level never changes. but my radiator is low after a ride .the bike doesnt seem like it getting hot.almost acts like a leaking head gasket but its brand new..the head is deacked.030 +4 timming .280 dyno jet mains and needles clip 4th from top with washer stock piolits 2 and 1/4 turns out at 1000 feet elevation
  4. i need 290 and 300 dyno jets jets .or does anyone know if you can run mikuni jets with dyno jet needles
  5. stock bike i want to say 250 260 range thats what my friends has in his with dyno port 2 into 1 at 1000feet

  7. mine i doing this too when your sitting on the bike it leaks on the right pipe.i rolled it a few months ago and it landed on the handle bars .ithink i may have a leak in mine.
  8. im running the high test from the pump .my compresion is about 150 i think any more than that and its good to run a little av fuel with it

  10. what mods you runnung and what elevation.im running 280 mains dyno jet needles 4th clip from top withstock piliots 2 to 2 1/2 turns out im at 1000 feet mods are in sig .mine runs perfect.
  11. it may not have come up in a search .but alot of guys on here say thats one of the first things to look for with carb problems . ive never searched for it but ive read it in several posts
  12. no i dont think i did just toped off put cap on and started it up .thats what i figured it was.
  13. just got to realy ride my bike with the new head and timming plate after riding it burped a little coolant like it had an air pocket or something . it wasnt boiling or nothin just like i over filled it .
  14. well i traced the money order today turns out his bank only cashed it for 75 bucks i made it out for 175 bucks .my guess hes waiting till it clears.but he could have atleast told me what was up i had to call moneygram to find this out .they are sending me what i need to send him to take to the bank to clear this up .im just waiting to here from him .

  16. bought yfz shocks for my shee from yfz central .sent the guy a money order and three weeks now nothing .it started with i promise they will go out tomorow then it went to next week now he wont return my pms.i gave him till next wensday and im leaveng bad seller response.lookes like im out 175 bucks.becarefull who you deal with on that site.

  18. mostly woods and some sand .mx also .im planning a port job this fall along with ring and pistons.i do use the power range these pipes offer alot .i was just curious what you all thought .im still amazed with the head and timmig plate.thanks for the info guys
  19. mods are in my sig. what would be a good pipe upgrade from my fatties.with the timming and milled head you can really tell these are low to mid range pipes .
  20. just got done putting my timing plate on set it at+4degrees and all i can say is wow. i just ran a few passes in the field behind my house its a little wet so it was spinning alot but wow with that and the decked head its alive.
  21. if im not mistaken your valve stem will hit the rotor or caliper .
  22. not all brown my dirty fingers had a little to do with that. i need to do the plug chop they way it was described and check agian .
  23. check out my pics and look under plug pics .lookes like thats close to me .ceramic is dirty thanks to my fat fingers almost dropping it and grabing the ceramic end to catch it
