well its only had 2 rides on it since everything was redone on the motor..so i would assume that all i would have to do is change the head gasket (hopefully) i'll do that sometime this week then and see if that does anything...thanks for all the help guys

is that the only other thing it could be? not a prob to change head gasket. but just wondering if it could be anything else?.. also if head gasket is blown is there any way my ice can get past the pistons and into the bottom end? thanks for all the help guys

ok guys i finally had the time to take the pupmp cover off. everything looks good..pump will not turn unless motor is turning over. i moved the kicker a few times and the pump moved with it. would not move any other way..need more ideas please..lol thanks for all your help so far...never known of one to do this, thats what im puzzled. dont want to ride it anymore til this is fixed..afraid to tear something up..

no i had it runing several times tryng to get it jetted halfway right.. it never done it then. but now it does. it will do this continuously until the res is almost empty then i can take the cap off radiator and the rad be low after a while. a freind said i could have a blown head gasket letting it get pressure in the system.. i wanted some more opions b4 i tear it back down..thanks for an help

hello guys and gals. i have a question. hope this is an easy fix.. i just did a complete rebuild on my shee this winter. replaced crank,cyl. pistons,clutch,put new billet impeller in it. now when i get warmed up some, when i shut it off or if it sits and idles it will throw coolant out of the overflow hose down onto the pipes. it didnt do this at all before the build.. wondering what it could be and what i need to do.. any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
