  1. im also trying to get jetting right with my new pipe and carb set up this is what i get for doing more than one thing at a time i added a bigger main and its much better done a plug check and its tan now but its only 45 degrees when it gets warmer ill have to check it agian

  3. yea it pulls it fine, the plugs were not white but looked a little to light colored for me , the gears are 12/41 for woods riding,cant hurt to go back up one to see its raining now so ill have to try sat.
  4. i run the amsoil synthetic injector oil at 50 to 1 and love it ran my 99 shee for 3 years with no problems
  5. ive got a 2003 shee moto fast pipe ,trinity 33 pwk single carb,22 inch realtors,had a 13 tooth sprocket on it with 40/140 jetting it pulled fine up top but was fat on the bottom , i put a 12 tooth sprocket on it for woods riding and dropped to a 35 piliot to help the rich low end now it pulls awsome on bottom but studders on top like its lean guess the gears let it rev out better and lean out on top .do you think i should go up on my main because of my gearing
  6. mine came with 180/52 when i got it for my 99 shee it was 40 over wiesco pistons boysen reeds k/n filter pro circiut pipes ran great hear in southern ohio
  7. ok ive got a 2 into one pipe anr 2into 1 carb lid off 33pwk runnig a 150/45 center clip on needle 2 1/4 turns on piliot ,my problem is in higher gears mainly when i shift in to 6th it doesnt want to rev ,also does this climbing hills when i hit 2nd gear like i said it just wont rev,on flat ground it pulls hard until 6th gear ,i ve read and read on here,and one post sound like its fat another sound like its lean ,my buddy says lean what do you guys think
  8. IM AT 150 MAIN 48 PILIOT AND IT SEEMS TO BE RIGHT ON NEED TO GET SOME SEAT TIME AND CHECK PLUGS ,ITS COLD UP HERE TOO AROUND 35 SO ILL LEAVE IT UNTIL I GET A WARMER DAY AND DO SOME REAL FINE TUNING
  9. I WORK IN A STEEL MILL IN OHIO ,OUR CONTRACT WAS UP MIDNIGHT 2/28 THE COMPANY ESCORTED US OUT AND LOCKED THE GATES,PLEASE SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY

  11. ok its stock exept for 33mm single carb pro series reeds ,uni filter,dyno port 2 into 1 pipe and silencer,with the old pipes (pro circuit)it was jetted at 180/52 for a stock bike id say i need to go down some.
  12. THE BIKE FALLS ON ITS FACE RIGHT OFF IDLE ANY HELP THANKS WHAT JETTING ARE YOU ALL RUNNING IVE GOT A 180 MAIN AND THE PILIOT IS A 52 BUT THAT WAS WITH PRO CIRCUIT PIPES TRINITY SAYS ILL HAVE TO GO WAY DOWN
  13. i have a 1999 shee with 40 over prolite pistons prcircuit pipes kn filter in the air box and a trinity 2into1 carb 33m and i raced a stock 400 ex and it was no contest smoked it,just got this bike back from a buddy ,going to take carb and put on my 03 shee with dyno port 2into 1 pipe ,i ride all woods and hill climbs,not worried about top speed just low and mid power,putting dual carbs back on 99and proably going to sell it or keep it for a dune bike
  14. both my butt cheeks turned purple ,i had to repalce 1 a arm and it bent the back of the frame under the seat about where the silencers bolt plus it blowed the front tire of the bead

  16. yea man i cant sit on bleachers or a hard chair very long,my back pops all the time,i found pics of the bike cant figure out how to post them ,i drive a truck at my job so after it happened the next 6 months were hell.i passed out twice on the way home after it happened i guess from the pain

  21. i have one on my 4x4 quad,tuning as read in manual, the smallest hole on a daj is the richest setting,the largest hole is the leanest setting,remember to loosen lock down screw before turning dial,as far as jet sizes not sure what you mean,you must go down on your jetting when installing a daj and then tune with the dial for the best power ,its an on demand fuel system witch means when the bike needs more fuel it gives it to it,
  22. I BROKE MY TAIL BONE AT A LOCAL TRACK WHEN I JUMPED A TABLE TOP AND MY GLOVE GOT STOCK ON THE THROOTLE,SO WHEN I LANDED IT WAS 2ND GEAR WIDE OPEN .IT DUMPED ME AND SHOT SRAIGHT UP ,BROKE AN A ARM AND BENT THE BACK OF THE FRAME UP ABOUT 8 INCHES
