on e-bay there is a place were you can buy ever bolt for a shee in stainless allen bolts for around $100 .

i'd try jims sand toys ... in oklahoma. sorry cant remember num. they do have a web site. check with jeff at fast, not sure what all he carries.he's a skat-trak dealer. its hard to find paddles right now,heard alot of places are 2 months waiting .

sorry just threw that in as hear say, i 'm 180 and love having mine lightend. my friend is 320ish and he said it didnt like his big ass !! lol so that was just something i threw in as hear say. thanks guys for putting your info in . if you do get it lightened do it right ,ive seen 2 come apart on friends bikes. somebody on here has done some for other members , im sure one of these guys know who im talking about. had my head shaved 30 thousands and thats about a 20/19 dome ....

if you want you can always have your head shaved down,that will save you about $150 bucks,k@n's ,pipes(fmf's or toomeys),tors,timing plate,shaved fly wheel (lets it rev faster) if your a pretty big boy it could hurt you--250 ish or more...

my buddy has a 4 mill cub motor, he's ben having trouble shifting out of 2nd and third. they have tried all kinds of clutch springs in it. he's running somekind of motorcycle clutches. another friend has a 10mill same clutches and no prob. -- not sure if they are like what jeff (f.a.s.t.) sells.that what i run !!! love it !!! any help would be great,driving him crazy....... sometime it will shift sometimes it wont ??????????

it was weird,buddy got his fundy 730 motor for his praire 700 in acouple of days before we left. fundy put it on his motos dyno and it pulled 102 at the crank. buddy put it on dyno at l.s. and pulled 46 at the wheels .not a happy camper. my buddies bike had 55 and its just like mine except i have the 34 carbs ,porting and cpi out of frames(i did have) and pulled 53 . thats what freaked me out, guys inside the store said they could hear mine was way rich. i just wanted to problem solve it,my bikes faster than his and we all new it .he said the 4 mills timing was killing it. it has a dyna cdi on it,told him to put the timing plate on instead...

guy at the dyno said my jetting was damn close. ???? i cant believe it has a 140 either !!!!!! ran good!!! im at about 330 sea level were i live(probably close to u bigboy)....im going to bump it up some now that im at home.probably go to 145 to be safe.this guy has ported alot of cyln,not a builder though,im sure they are not as good as jeffs,passion or others. it was a last minute dession they looked good,he may have took alittle to much out,may. my bike runs damn strong for what it is. my buddies 4-mill cub dynoed at 64.... yep u read it right!!! 22 domes--likes it on pump gas,34 pjs --cpi inframes--v force ........... has it all---64 ponies. i thought he was going to pass out... buddies 10 mill cub pulled 91......... jeff im sure we are going to be doing alot of busniess this winter----lol---lol !!!!!!

just got back from l.s..........had a great time with no problems. rangers seemed pretty cool. never saw them messing with anyone.

thats why i put i wasnt a big dyno guy, ive used them both times on both of my bike for jetting. i was so rich it was bad and he said he couldnt read the out of frames for air/fuel.ive heard the dyno at l.s . is a little low(thats hear say ????) h.p. numbers dont really mean crap to me ,like i said my bike pulles harder than my buddies(jockey)... he races mit for me all the time(alot better driver!!!) had a guy port it where i live, does good work.not a big name builder. just wanted to try him out.hope to go cub motor next year with 1 of jeffs port jobs. my bikes strong,it will play with 4 mills all day.they will pull me at the end but i'll be giving them hell.

well ive always wanted a set of out of frame pipes .i had a drag port done on my bike(look at profile) stock with bolt ons.added a set of 34 pjs and a used set of cpi out of frames.i knew my jetting was rich on top,went to little sahara oklahoma this week and had it dynoed. carbs had 152 stock in them-i put 148's in before i left . my buddies shee is just like mine with out the porting ,pipes and carbs. he pulled a 55 !!! the owner of the dyno said he could tell mine was bad rich before we started. it pulled a 53!!!! my 2 buddies ride the same and you can switch them on both bikes and mine always has at least a 2 bike lead. i went and dropped it to 140 and put a set of fmf fatties and the damn thing pulled 58..... did i not have anough motor for the out of frames ??? the dyno guy said a set of cpi inframes would help out alot !!! anyone have any advise for me ???? hate to spend 500 on a set of cpi in frames and them run like crap. why were the out of frames hurting me ??????? thanks for the help !! im not a bid dyno num guy,i wanted my jetting close ........

i just went to littlesahara oklahoma and had my shee dynoed, i knew i was alittle rich with the stock 152's dropped it to 148 and it was still rich . i ended up dropping it down to a 140 and it ran alot better.all i adjusted was the mains.i live in texarkana, texas so at l.s. i was a tad richer. im going to but 142's back in and run it and see how they feel here at home. look at my profile motor not much, do have a drag port. i pulled a 53 with cpi out of frames with the 148 in ,changed to 140's and put fmf fatties on and pulled a 58.

not sure if i know what your asking. i had my head milled .30, i think i needed a top end because i only had 120 compression. so,i ran pump gas !!! a .30 milled head is on the border of 20-19 dome. what u need to do is put the head on and see what your compression is. i had rebuilt mine motor this winter(after shee blew) and i went with a dragport. my compression is 152,so im running 50/50 race/pump... i could probably run pump but im running +5 timing and dragported . i had my buddies head shave .30 and he has 165 compression and he's running 50/50 (he needs to be). so put it on and do a compression test to see where your at. race gas wont help how it runs ,it will hurt the power if you dont need to run it. high compression needs high octane. hope i helped alittle

you could have pinched a ring,causing it to stick then u broke it free kicking on it. when you open the cases.spin your tranny and shift through the gears, i had my second gear sticking on mine. local shop tore the tranny apart and the brass fitting inside the gear slipped out just a hair causing it to bind.

thanks for all the info.ive heard the 150-160 50/50..... just wanted to make sure. ive also heard if you run race gas when you dont need it it can hurt you rather than help you. thanks again !!!

would timing or porting change anything. im running 4 1/2 on timing and i have a drag port done.shaved head .030......... i just want to make sure im ok with pump if im on the border id rather be safe and run 50/50.. i have 151 in 1 cyln and 153 in the other...
