  1. i have stock drag ported cyln.... my comp.. is 140 now but im going to throw on my head and som 18's 0r 17's and try to get it around 165-170

  3. now im worried.... my friends shee and mine have had the same mods, last year i went with a drag port(local guy) i wanted jeff to do them but i waited to long to send them to him(MY BAD). i got carbs and other stuff to go with port job. well buddy talk to jeff yesterday about doing a play port for him(both of us stock cyln). im sure jeffs port jobs going to be dead on, so im having this feeling his going to be passing me !!! i knew i should have just shipped mine to f.a.s.t. !! well there's always cubs !!!

  5. why ?? ive never understood the timing on a quad. i have a adjustible curve on my kfx ,but its easy to adjust. id love to try some on my shee, but taking off flywheel and testing is kind of a pain.
  6. i have a drag port from a "local" guy and he told me MY set up need 33's , not to go over 34's. but that is my set up and it wasnt a big name builder .
  7. my buddies did that,i always use soappy water tofind a air leak, like you said we deflatted tire,blew some air in the cracks and filled up. still a little leak..... use my favorite tool--rubber mallott--- and TAPPED around around air leak.problem fixed !!
  8. 2 turns maybe..... guy that did my port work said the biggest i should go was 34's so i did. i was pretty rich with stock jetting. still need to move my needle.
  9. i didnt have a problem idleing mine at all, i like mine to idle alittle faster than norm, jeff's (f.a.s.t) sync tool worked great to get both carbs synced.

  11. ok ,called and asked..... 69mm lightened piston, it is a cub cyln. it only takes a trinity head( not centered up )..... local guy said there's only about 10 out right now. you have to get threw trinity. port timing and everything else the same.

  13. i know alot of people that run stock shock on +6 or longer swing arms. never had a problem with mine.and jumping isnt a good ideal ofor a extended swing arm.

  23. true !! i wish he did have a cart, BUT ......... like dejogejr said, ive had jeff tell me before im just wasting money on parts i dont need or i need this part to make this part better. then he'll shoot the shit with me when i know he really doesnt have free time. jeffs a hell of a guy (never met him in person ,but wish i could hang with him) seems like he knows you want to go faster and understands that we arent just made of money. so he gets my business.
