lived in columbia for 5 years, miss that place!!! miss those those college girl!! i hate finger lake,unless your riding on the track. my brother in law rides moto-cross up there(racin mason #11) dont ride on paved roads- got a little tipsy and rode down rangeline, cops didnt think that was funny,i was lucky i was friends with a couple of them. young and dumb!!!!

this may be aftermarket frame. i also painted frame after i got it. didn't find a vin. it hasnt been grinded on,thats why i think aftermarket.

im in the prosses of a frame up build, that would be a great help. if you do it let me know it would be great to have around!!!

carthrage!!! sorry man. i grew up out side springfield in lebanon, now i live in texas. theres not really alot of places to really ride up there. we always new people with alot of land or let us ride on the sand bars(alot of the sandbars are more rock than sand). ive heard of a place south of rolla.

i was looking at getting some v force reeds.what do you recommend? the #2 or #3. the v force 3 are all plastic is that good or bad?

not sure what the jetting is,i bought the bike from somebody about 30 miles away. it was a rebuild(craked frame), they said it ran before they took the bike apart. its been apart for 3 months? i had gas coming from the tubes, thats why i thought the floats were stuck, i tapped on the carbs and finally got it started . it ran for a couple of min, but was spitting gas from pipes and the spark plugs.

im in the same boat! bought shee $500 ,cracked frame. repaired it, put it back together. now having trouble starting.wouldn't crank at all with air box lid off, now it's flooding it with gas. it will start for a second and then flood out. whatch my post maybe we can help each other on this .(maybe reeds)

stock other than fatty pipes

i finally got my shee together annd it has troubles starting and running. when it starts it will run for a sec. and die. i have to pull the plugs and wipe them off and then it will start just for a sec. i'm getting way to much gas!! could it be from my float?? when i started it yest. it ran for about a min but was shooting gas out of the pipes and plugs. i'm sure its carb prob but if you can think of anything to help it would be great. thanks!!

the hose on the case is a vent hose isn't it, so does the hose on the water pump cover go back to the bottom of the reserve??

im putting my shee together and forgot how the reserve lines go. the 1 from the radiator neck goes to the top of the reserve, i cant remember how the one on the case and the 1 on thepump cover go. any help would be great thanks

thats what i thought 2. i'm going to take my time with it, this is going to be a mild drag bike . nothing over the top yet,just wanting it pretty quick for now. i have a 05 kfx 400 which is in the prosess of getting a 13:1 piston ,stage 2 hot cams and kibblewhite valve spings put in. ive got procom cdi,full yoshi and k@n. its never going to as fast as i wanted so i got another shee. just got on this forum, everbody i know with shee's said this is the place to be if you need anything to do with banshee's. thank you!!

i bought a 98 shee for $500, cracked frame!! fixed that now im putting it back together. pretty sure stock, with fmf fatties. checked comp. and only read 95 in both cycl. isnt stock 120-ish? do you think ring prob gone??
