  1. stage IV is Trinity's Drag/top end port job. It sounds like you go ttheir big bore kit aswell. There is a possiblity that the transmission could be a overide style. Could be a 4mil crank but you'd have to check the domes or measure the stroke. Trinity offer many versions to their stage IV engines.
  2. did you try a search? I promise its been covered MILLIONS of times. lol
  3. Their the same thing as a standard SKat~Trak Hauler. These tires are a touch lighter though. You can not beat these tires for the price... If your in need of some dune paddles.. I'd snag a set of these.
  4. Wow.. prices have gone up.. Bought my 2001 new for 4500 +tax and duty fees in canada..
  5. Is that this weekend? I wont be up and running until next weekend at the earliest...
  6. What does that have to do with this thread?
  7. I saw him running it at the dunes when he was still working on that kit.. He was beating up 4mil cubs all day long. It was hard to beat! Might have even takin a few 10mils.. not sure what everyone had that weekend.
  8. That sure is a sweet deal for anyone looking for some good dune tires!!! Lighter then Skat~traks and same blades.
  9. for a quick fix.. might wanna try some 1211..
  10. yep.. same here.. Just run it straight down off the rad. No need for all that line.
  11. C'mon Boo.. Dont be a tight ass and throw in the red yamaha shock covers that were on them!! lol I'll vouche for the parts, The shocks came off my 99' that I bought new.
  12. Not quite the way I would have put it Rodneya.. but. I do agree.. The coolheads do hold more coolant.. but.. that it self will not give better cooling. The compression increase will give some better performance... But it wont be a huge gain. (also.. higher compression = more heat) The biggest bonus to the aftermarket heads is the interchangeable domes...
  13. Who did the port work on that??
  14. Brandon, You should offer this mod. Many people (me included) dont have a clue on how to go about doing this and dont want to risk ruining a set of billet bowls.
  15. The kenda dune runners are almost identical to the dune trackers..
  16. we've all been there.. :biggrin: ::
  17. Yeah.. thats the sprocket ratio. 42 rear.. 13 front (42 / 13 = 3.230) stock gearing on the 90+ is 41 rear.. 14 front (41 / 14 = 2.928)
  18. You can still use the WSM banshee pistons with out WSM sleeves. The WSM pistons do have larger intake windows. I had 2 good seasons out of my WSM pistons in my 421 cub probably could have gotten more if I wouldn't have sold it. They make them for the stock rod and the long rod. Good piston IMO.. I'd run'em again if I had the option.
  19. syphoning alky out of your cases at the track is not fun... and it dont taste too good either... I think that was the Day you rented the track Damian! lol That day sucked so bad..
  20. You can buy rebuild kits. Take the needles out and look at them. Most of the time its just some junk up there keeping it from closing.. but I have seen the rubber rot off the end of the needles.
  21. Not exactly true.. there is no power gains between silenced and stingers. People prefer the stingers because they're cheaper and it makes it easier to hear your shift points over other bikes while your racing. Most of the time you'll see a power drop from not using packing because your changing the tuned length of the stingers.
  22. Some builders do use a different design for alky compared to gas..
  23. The side vents are higher then the main jet.. the fuel rises through the main jet.. then down through reeds.
