  1. Their website sucks. http://www.fireball-racing.com/arms.htm https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150968036166145.468408.203180411144&type=3 Here are some other links. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/101954-fireball-racing-a-arms/ http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/137308-long-travel-a-arms/ http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/146671-fireball-a-arms/ http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/171664-whats-the-truth-behind-long-travel-on-a-banshee-who-is-running-one/
  2. Roll Design w/Elka Stage 4's http://m.ebay.com/itm/380391658524?_mwBanner=1
  3. Dayum, that's a high dollah ride fo sho!!
  4. LT Stage 5 Elkas LT Fireball A-Arms Fireball Steering Stem Pro Taper Contour Bars Pro Taper Levers ODI Rouge Grips House of Horsepower Resprung and Revalved Rear Shock for your riding weight, terrain and swingarm length. RPM Dominator Axle Total >> ~$3800
  5. Damn, I want your bank roll.... With great power comes great responsibility. Spare no expense on suspension. All of my builds, whether it's Banshee's, cars or trucks have their suspensions and brakes handled first before power upgrades. No sense in having 100+whp to the ground if the chassis isn't set-up. I gave you my suggestions for chassis mods.
  6. Oh, you know, the usual maintenance items under the clutch cover. K&N's w/Outerwears Keihin 39mm PWK's w/RB Design's Carb Mods and Divider Plates Chariot individual Billet Intakes V-Force 4 Reed Cages Redline 10mil Serval Cylinder w/Cameron's Midas Touch Porting Cameron's Pistons of choice Crank Works Billet Crank with 3 max loads and TZ on PTO side w/straight cut gears Mattoon Head w/Race gas domes Sniper Pipes Billet Clutch Basket w/straight cuts Redline Clutch w/Direct Drive Lock-up all new shifting system parts pro-mod transmission yada, yada, yada...
  7. How heavy are you and what type of riding do you do? You're talkin 10mil Super Serval. That's a shit ton of power. You say this is a rolling chassis in the corner of your barn. Do you have all of the supporting mods for a 10mil SS build? This is what a 10mil SS is capable of throwing down.
  8. ^^^ what she said!! https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/733/32059/Tusk-Extended-Rear-Wheel-Hubs
  9. Tusk makes a wider rear hub. These are 2012 YFZ450R Rear Hubs that are wider than Banshee Rear Hubs and they fit. After I swap my RPM Dominator Axle over to my 02 I'll look into possibly widening the rear further with YFZ450R hubs.
  10. If you're talkin 10mil Super Serval, you're gonna need every bit of that +4 and possibly more.
  11. I like the increased height cause I stand a lot. I probably should've went with +1+1, but I've ridden her two weekends now and I'm loving it. The +1 forward helps me stand in an attack stance leaning forward on the bike. And my foot pegs are back 2 and down 1 to enhance the attack stance. Since I've changed the ergonomics sooo much from stock on my bike, riding my buddy's Dune ported 89 with stock stem/bars and pegs flat out sucks. I ride like a full blown amateur on an unfamiliar bike.
  12. I'm torn, Black RAD-LOC or Brushed Cascade. If Cascade's was anodized black it'd be done...
  13. I'm running the stock wheels and tires up front. Larry said that the Fireball LT arms are +2.5+1.
  14. Oh, and BTW, y'all wouldn't happen to have any suggestions on aligning the front suspension would you? How much caster and camber would you set yourself up with for duning? And is that with the bike on the ground with no load?
  15. ASR and a ton of others are all made by Fireball!! I have the Fireball LT control arms. They're stout as fuck. Like I said, I'm reinstalling everything on the 22nd, so hopefully with the proper tools I can align the front end and get that bitch to turn.
  16. The durablue 3pc only works w/their Eliminator Axle. This is the durablue lock nut for other axles.
  17. The RPM unit is sick as fuck, but double the price of Cascade and the RAD-LOC.
  18. I do like the Cascade unit, anyone rockin one of those? How do you know the axle nut is tight enough on the sprocket hub so the bearings live long happy lives?
  19. Anyone rockin the RAD-LOC?
  20. Here's what the service manual says. Shouldn't be a problem if one has the right tools. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/740/32089/Tusk-OEM-Axle-Nut-Wrench?v=236
  21. Thanks for all the input guys. What's the better design, and why do you say fuck the stock 2 nut design? I'll check the service manual and see what they recommend for tightening.
  22. Check this guy out for a-arms, steering stem and shocks. http://www.jdperformance.net/488%20Web%20Design/yamaha.html I did a whole package on my 02. Fireball +2+1 Steering Stem w/1-1/8" bar clamp ProTaper Contour CR Mid bend bars w/ODI Rouge Grips Man what a huge difference, confidence went thru the roof!! Fireball LT a-arms with LT Elka Stage 5's. Fireball HD +2 swqingarm House of Horsepower rear shock resprung and revalved for the +2 and my riding weight. I kinda wished I had looked into jd performance before I bought all my fireball shit. My front-end understeers like a mutha fucka, but I attribute that to too much negative toe. I'm getting ready to reinstall everything and I'm using a tool to dial in caster angles and camber angles. And, while you're buying your control arms, ask them to make you tie rods that use 2006 and newer Raptor 700 tie rod ends. They're 12mm threads rather than the puny 10mm stock banshee shit. That jd performance guy talks about it on his site. I especially like how you can dial in his caster adjustments simply by moving the shims. Suspension makes a huge difference. Steering stem and bars make a huge difference. Spread your money out on a whole package. Do I need the stage 5's hell no, but I had the scratch and I got them for $500 off msrp.
