  2. I just clean mine with soapy water after every ride. Then shammy it! Are you following me camera guy? "Sham" wow! Always stays shiny! http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c164/savage_420/Oct0209SNOW003.jpg
  3. Is it for sure stripped? I would pull the head quick and make sure its not. If it is, then i would heli-coil it and get a new stud. You don't want coolant leaking in.
  4. Looks like you will need 117 links. http://metaltechproducts.com/Chain_Calculator.htm
  5. Welcome man. Where the hell have you been for 7 years! Later
  6. Do you run Dirt bike length bars or ATV length bars? I run 120's on my dirt bike bars. Its a pair.
  7. Nothing will happen to them. Dont worry, they wont explode on ya.
  8. Try new caps and wires? Broken wire some place? Tested the kill and key switches if you have them still? Happen just outa the blue one day?
  9. Lets see a pic of the chopped plugs. You do it the proper way right?
  10. That looks pretty much spot on man. No go give it hell!!!
  11. Test, test and TEST. Comp test, leak down test, squish test and do a plug chop or 2. Check back.
  12. I know 2 guys that run those arms. You don't need to ream at all. Just stick the ball joint in the spindle and ether use a rubber mallet and smack it down into place then put pressure (push hard on top) on the ball joint to get the nut tight and the ball joint to not spin.. Or put them in the hole and tighten the nut on finger tight, then hit it quick with an impact while putting pressure on the ball joint. It will go in nice like this.
  13. I wouldn't.
  14. 95% of after market arms you don't need to ream the spindles. Only ones i can think of off the top of my head that will need reaming are the Burgard arms.
  15. Damn, it has to be in the 10's of millions i bet . If not more
  16. Yes. http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/posting
  17. I say go back to 14/41 I run 15/40 in the mountains with what i have and i like it alot with 20's
  18. 1. Replace Needle Valve & Seat Assy. 2. Look at where the air box connects to the front on the frame. There are small 2 frame mounts that stick out, cut those off flush. Problem solved. Then you can drop the box out the bottom in 2 seconds and never have to fight with it or take your rear fender off again.
  19. Welcome. But honestly, all of this has been covered 1000 times. About 5 of them on the same page from just a week. Just do a quick search and everything you would want to know is right there.. http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/posting
  20. I would "probably" go up 1-2 size mains and if you cant do it by feel do a proper plug chop for your mains. Better safe to start a bit rich then being lean. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html "Might" have to richen your needle position also. But for both, you will have to see how it is and let us know what it ends up liking, as they all respond a lil diff sometimes.
