Sometimes you need to be careful of price, and go for quality. I had a few local PC shops coat a few things and was happy with the results. I then sent something out to someone with a great reputation and suddenly realized how much better thier coatings were than my local shops. From now on I only send my stuff to Chris from CE coatings. His work is absolutely amazing. Stands up better than my local shops to abuse, and jsut seems to be more robust and have a deeper color. sounds like some sort of fuel related problem. change the plugs, and make sure the gap is set properly. get it going, take it for a fast spin, then see what the plugs look like. That should tell you where to go on the tune. If the jetting is off that hould tell you. Is the gas new gas, or has it been sitting mixed for a few weeks? Did you get the carbs new or second hand? Take the carbs apart and clean them up nice. What jets are in the bike now? If you have come so far it makes no sense to quit now.

What the reserve?

Depending on tysons training style IF he does a MMA fight will decide if he is a great, or gonna get owned so bad it's not even funny. If he has been spending his time these last 3-5 years he has been showing intrest in MMA working on his ground game and take down defense (mostly take down defense) he could very well be a dominating force. If he could stay on his feet as good as Chuck or Penn I will truely feel sorry for anyone that has to step in that ring with him. Just imagine his punches with 3 oz. gloves. That guy has the power to knock out any fighter in the world with much heavier gloves than what UFC uses. People seem to think that no matter what he can not learn anything aside from boxing and all he is going to be good at is boxing. he is human and can learn new things like any other human... just he will have MUCH better striking than the other MMA fighters. Now if he does get taken down easily and has shitty take down defense and his ground game sucks a lot of people will be whooping his ass and making him look like a joke. If he has a good sprawl though, these people need to watch out. Kimbo vs. tyson bare knuckle? Thats a joke, tyson would tear kimbo apart really fast. World class boxer against a street thug with heavy hands. Now I'd like to see someone like bas rutten fight tyson. The way that guy leg kicks he might jsut take a tyson limb clean off his body hahaha

:shoothead: I think we need more interesting things to talk about here. I am voicing my opinion on the best Dune, Drag, MX, and photo on the HQ. This is my opinion and I engourage people to post thier favorites and why. I'll start off with best picture. need I say more about this one??? Best action photo goes to knight_ripper Best drag banshee.... I had a hard time deciding here. I came to a tie. The bigboy banshee. It is just so damn clean. Lots of attention to detail, and a true miracle in it's progression from the purchase until now. I love the fact it has the stock style plastics and still looks GREAT. here is what bigboy tied with IMO Admit it, this thing is just beautiful!!! Great paint scheme, it's mean as hell, and just pure sex on wheels. I could not chose between the two because I like them too much!!! Time for my DUNE pick. I went with RNBrads beyond clean amazingly jaw dropping work of art. I mean really... does a bike need to be that clean? It's just an all around amazing bike that impresses me every time I see it. MX DMC Banshee's bike takes it here. Great mods, hauls ass, looks great, and has just about every mod you would need for a banshee made MXer. Close runner up in the looks department for MX is Slayer1018's bike. I jsut like the look of it (even if all the stickers are a little over the top) Come on guys, post your favorite banshee's on here!! DONT POST YOUR OWN, that would be lame

I like one idea I see on this bike. If you look at the pics of the green and black bike you can see the black fenders can be unbolted. That sure beats trimming fenders, and you can always go back. If they end up doing that for production I think it would be pretty neat.

well, I had to sell my old shee. I only had it for a few months and ran into some bill situations and had to let it go. I really really want another but I am going to be a daddy soon (hence my bill situation) so I got to thinking.... Right now I can not afford to buy a complete shee. I was thinking buy a frame, and try to peice together cheap or free parts to build a roller. I know in the long run this route might cost more than buying a complete bike, but like this it will do 2 things; keep my motivation up, and not have that one bulk save/spending thing. If I come across 50 bucks try to pick up a stock swing arm etc etc until I am done. On a bright side (and what got me thinking this) is my friend just threw me a free set of YFZ shocks Now, if I do something like this how would I go about making this thing legal so I can register it when I am done? Could I go to my registry and tell them I built it from scratch like a hotrod and get a new title, or do I need a frame with a clean title? Over here if the bike is not registerd and we get caught riding we get in big trouble.

With how clean your bike is I beleive ANYTHING you say about cleaning. You can say you used donkey shit, shoe polish, and 100 grit sand paper and I'd give it a thaught haha.

I am thinking combination of both. Before the redo it seemed like a lot more people were posting. From time to time I wait for the page to load, but it is not bad enough to scare me away from the site. I jsut remember a while back it seemed like the posters were a lot more active. Long before I registerd (yes I was a lurker haha) people posted here quite a bit.

It drives me nuts they chose craptor plastics and not yzf plasticws. I'd rather have full bores than either, but if you are gonna use 4 stroke plastics at least use them from a decent bike.

I'd say do a yfz shock conversion, and front brakes. Being able to brake harder, and having a better working suspension will make the bike more fun to ride, and faster on the track. If not that, I'd say pipes and a filter also.

I live in south east massachusetts right near the RI boarder. If I shoot out a little east all the terrain turns to sand, and if you can find a place to ride on the over populated cape it's like moving way far west and sand as far as the eye can see. Over here though I get beat to death on hard pack and rocks, and mud. CT terrain is like the same stuff I have to deal with. I like the stock rear fenders, I jsut think the fronts look funny.

Where exactly are you from? I am in the new england area (SE mass) and always looking for new people to ride with.
