  14. got a set of stock carbs and some boyesen reeds on stock cages. will have cases and a stock crank as soon as my new puller gets here. o yeah got a spare J-arm frame as well. looking for a +4 arm. may consider a +8
  15. the 795's are to make up for the extra 5mm on a long rod crank (115mm). with stock rods and a +4 stroker crank, u only need to have the domes or head recessed 2mm or run a spacer plate
  16. if they were really serious about bleeding them out wouldn't they hang em up by the tail with the nose pointing down, instead of let'in them lie there? i'm no doctor/vetrinarian, but doesn't the heart pump blood towards the brain first?
  17. dolphins are a legitimate food source for the japanese. they've been eating them for thousands of years. that being said though, and in my opinion, when harvesting any animal for food you should do your best to administer a quick, clean and humane kill which will ensure the least amount of suffering for the animal. theres got to be a better and more humane way to harvest these animals than this.
  18. are you just going to use a "T" up front instead of the block? i got ASR +3+1 s so yeah count me in as well! let me know when u r ready to sell em'.thx.
  19. these are an excellent pipe. they come highly recomended by patriot racing (www.patriotracing.com)for use with thier "hot trail" package. i run them with my +4 stroker 68mil motor and work just as good as the t-5s i used to have.and they sound good too. bump for a real good pipe!
  20. yeah! boost bottles are the shiznit!!! they work almost as well as speedholes! as far as low end is concerned i would think kehin and mikuni have the throttle response covered with the pilot jet on the low end. when the slides are almost closed and then opened quickly,, the intake pulse will pull the fuel mixture from the carbs just as fast as it will from the boost bottle. the difference in time between the fuel mixture reaching the cylinders from the bottle or the carbs would be indiscernable or with-in milliseconds. i doubt you would feel the difference. as for the yamaha phaser not being tunable with-out the boost bottle, is there any chance that this is a piston/port type engine that doesn't use reed valves?
