when i shipped my motor to kev i just put it in a heavy duty box that we get electric motors in at work.put a peice of heavy carpet in the bottom and stuffed foam a bubble tape all around it and on top so couldn't move.it was just the cases with crank and topend all bolted together.cost i think around $65 and that was across the states

are you putting the gasket on the right way?also make sure your torguing the nuts in the right order.if all said and done and still is leaking might be the head is warped

1-5 n down dunable would work great.billet second gear don't think you need but if you have the extra money it is good to have.wcr did mine and there prices are good and its worked great

little late on getting in on this post.but have to tell you kevin's motors are exactly what everybody has been telling you.they rip.there is a vid of mine running against a 10mil motor on kev's site.thanks dave on the comment of my little 4mil running pretty strong.it has ran very well agianst alot of bigger motors around here.its the ultimate sleeper looking motor.looking forward in running kev's first cub this yr.i am sure it will be fast.talked to kev yesterday and he was telling me alittle about the swap you (blanco25) and him are doing.

you have to drill your spindles to 1/2in.you can get the drag ones from fireball for $100 extra

i got pretty much the same motor as the one that will be going on the hq build and yes it rips.who ever wins it will love it
