  1. Third clip position down from the blunt end. That's one one slot showing on the pointed end.

  3. I smoked from 15 until I went to basic training at 23, then I quit. I chewed from around 16 or so to about a year ago (I'm 29 now). So I guess now I do neither, that is unless I drink a lot, sometimes drinking causes smoking.
  4. I'm pretty sure you need to re synch your carbs anytime you take the top of your carbs off. (i.e. moving the needle clip) Could be wrong, but it's worth the small amount of time it takes to check them.
  5. Your high rpm problem will be the main jet. The no idle thing is the pilot. It can be ajusted with the air / fuel screw, if that wont do it you can go up a size. We really need to know what size jets you have now to decide what you need.

  9. I have a couple rugers. Neither are semi auto pistols, but I can tell you they are a quality company. I have a super black hawk 44 mag. and a old 10-22. The 44 is sweet, but I havent had it but about 2 years or so. The 10-22 I've had since I was 8 years old... I'm 29 now! Were talking ass loads of rounds have been fired through this thing. Treat them good, and they will last you forever.

  13. Not free, but as said before pipes and filter are a must. Find some used pipes for fairly cheap and get a K&N or similer filter set up (personal preferences vary on what style) You'll be glad you did.

  15. It's a simple fix... Step one write "return to sender" on the box with the craptor style plastics in it. Step two put old plastic back on. Step three look like a man again. Let me know if this helps.
  16. If you do it and some how mess it up, you can always pick up some used cages off e-bay, or from probably about anyone who's running aftermarket for cheap. I say go for it. Or if you are would feel beter about it, get some from e-bay, and hack on those ones. The point is, just make sure you leave enough material for the reeds to seal.
  17. I read every post I could find with 21cc in it and I'm still not sure. I'm at 500ft. with 21cc domes. I bought an adjustable timing plate. If I go +4 do I need to go up to 22cc domes to keep running pump gas? Sorry to add to the list of dome size threads, just don't want to ruin my new pro lites. EDIT: I'm still on stock porting too.
  18. As long as your compression tester is reading correctly it's time for a top end. But for a $500 bike you gotta expect that. Still a good deal. Might as well put some money into it while it's apart, cause you're going to be doing it soon enough anyway!
